Annotation

“Keep playing innocent, Juno," his lips met the sensitive spot below my ear as his fingers slid lower. “It makes corrupting you so much fun.” ~~~~~ The adopted outcast was sold off like a piece of furniture but then she turns out to be the most sought after female in the realms. But she had a mission of her own. ~~~~~ Juno: I was owned by the dragon king, who I was bound to kill, yet I was the last Demigod breeder, and another ancient being had his eyes on me. The Dragon King was an entirely too powerful being, a demigod among mortals. Even the Moon goddess sought to take him down. And I was her vessel. He was cursed to permanently remain his dragon form and had been that way for centuries. But to complete my mission to kill him, I somehow needed to reverse his curse and bring him back. I was a hidden princess of The Siren Isles, nobody knew I was a siren and everything was going according to plan until I became the Lycan King’s captive and he made me a s*x slave to his Dragon. But that was only the beginning.

1. Untouched

Juno ~

“Oh don’t try to play smart with us, silly child. You will die for this,” my adopted mother said, “we know you did it.”

But I did not, I was being framed.

I was fifteen when I was found in the middle of the forest. This pack had picked me up and raised me till I was 19, that was the plan.

I had planned to escape this cursed pack house because in a few days, I would come of age and the moon goddess would bless me by awakening a wolf that I didn’t have.

Because I was no werewolf at all.

If they ever learned what I really was— a Siren with an abominable mission, I wouldn’t live to see the next day.

That is why I had planned to escape tonight.

However, now I was being accused of poisoning the meal of River, my foster sister and her mate who had just moved into the pack mansion in preparation for their marriage.

Ever since her mate moved into the pack mansion, she accused me of giving him ‘bedroom eyes’ more times than I could count.

I don’t even know what the f*ck bedroom eyes are supposed to be.

She said I was trying to seduce him and I was causing him to look at me.

How the f*ck was that my fault?

“Giving him bedroom eyes was not enough for you, now you have chosen to kill us both,” River said.

Oh, here we go again.

“That doesn’t even make any sense, even if—” I tried to protest.

“Maybe a few lashes would get her to spill the truth, it always does,” River interrupted me and I was on the verge of tears now.

The wounds would take days to heal and it would put a significant dent on my plans.

And even if they tortured me with lashes until I ‘spilled the truth’ I would be killed by morning.

Everything was against me and I thought back to a moment when I was only ten years old.

The day it all began…

“Do you think I will be blessed with a tail or fins?” I had questioned Mia, my elder sister who was also the crowned queen of the Coral Isles, the Siren Islands.

She had let out an exasperated sigh because she hated speaking to me, she really did.

“I truly do not care what you would be given, I would be satisfied if perhaps the goddess will bless me by taking away your voice,”

I gasped at her in horror, what a horrible thing to say.

Even at a young age, I knew how important a Siren’s voice was to us.

I had not gotten a tail or a fin that day.

Rather, the moon goddess, not the sea goddess who my people worshipped, no, the moon goddess had come down and she had given me a mission.

“Do this for me, and I shall reward you with your greatest desire,” she had told me.

I knew I could not refuse a goddess even if I wanted to.

I was bound to her the moment she made that request.

There was a sudden knock on the door that brought me to the present in the pack house.

The goddess gave me this task so she had to help me.

But I knew the moon goddess was not so nice.

A guard opened the door, stepped in and offered a deep bow.

“I regret to inform you Sire that the Lycan King has just arrived at the premises,” the guard said to my foster father and my lips parted open in absolute shock.

Regret to inform you? The Lycan king?

One of the men I was meant to kill was currently in the pack mansion.

My adopted father who had been content with smoking a cigar while his daughter and wife tore me apart suddenly shot up to his feet.

“What?!” he yelled, panic was evident in his face and my brows scrunched together in confusion.

That was not a normal reaction to have when the Lycan king visits you unless your hands were not clean…

The doors burst open with so much force that the guard standing before it fell and hit his head on the floor.

And then a man— if I could even call him that— stepped into the room, he was tall, at least seven feet and his hair flowed down his back like a river of black.

I knew, Lycans as well as dragons, looked different from werewolves, I had never seen one before in the flesh, only in paintings.

I knew they were far more attractive physically just like the sirens, they were much taller too.

But seeing the man before me completely rewired my brain chemistry.

A siren was only permitted to lose control when lusting for blood.

Other than that, we were bound to maintain maximum composure at all times, not even when death stared at us right in the face.

Why then was I so enthralled by this man? He had the face of a dark angel, but I had to remind myself several times in a moment, that it was the face of a murderer.

He was evil.

A bag of black wolfsbane was clutched in his hand, full to the brim, that was enough to defeat an entire army of Lycans.

It was harmless to Werewolves but a deadly poison to Lycans and Dragons.

Yet the Lycan king touched it without being harmed.

Black wolfsbane was one of the first poisons I learned about in my training, and it seemed to not have an effect on him.

“Give me one good reason why I should not wipe your entire family off the face of the earth this instant,” His voice was like sin, gods, so deep and rich, the kind you could listen to forever and not get tired.

“T- this is a misunderstanding, that is not ours,” My foster father, Draven, spoke up and even a worm could tell he was lying.

He had been plotting a rebellion, that much was obvious, he had always been too overambitious and greedy for his own good.

“I’m giving you another chance to state your reason to be spared,” the king said as he looked at Draven.

At the back of my mind, I remembered my stalker who had made himself known to me on the eve of my 18th birthday.

His presence was very rare, however these past few days he had been more talkative.

I knew he did not belong on my plane of existence, he was a much higher being.

I had no idea who or what he was, all I knew was that he was very interested in me for some reason.

However, he was absent now.

There was suddenly an evil itch in my throat, it always arrived when I was nervous.

I tried to hold it off for as long as I could but I ended up coughing so loud that all eyes turned to me.

Embarrassment flooded my veins.

The Lycan King’s forest green eyes finally darted to me for the first time and as he assessed me, goosebumps rose on the surface of my skin.

His eyes darkened and something changed in his demeanor as though he just realized something.

“We are in need of a slave girl, I will spare your pathetic lives if you can give me that,” he stated.

“Yes, of course we can do that,” Draven sounded relieved as he grabbed my upper arm and dragged me before the king.

His eyes stared at the spot where Draven’s hand touched my skin before darting back to look at him.

It was a stark warning, one which Draven understood and he let go of me and his hand dropped to his sides instantly.

“I present her to you, Your Majesty, she is pristine, untouched in every aspect, you may have her,” Draven presented me as though he were selling a piece of unused furniture.

This was not how things were supposed to go.

I had two kings to kill… and I had already begun to fail.

2. His Essence

Juno ~

“I’ve been looking for you all my life,” his voice was so smooth and deep as his warm, hard body pressed against my arched back.

“I cannot see your face so I don’t know who you are, or why you have finally come to my dream,” his soft lips touched the pulse point of my neck in a feather light kiss and I bit back the abominable sound that almost escaped my throat.

“But I know you are the one, and I will find you, I will never forget the feeling of this body against mine.”

I tried to turn because I badly wanted to see him, there was something about this male, something that made me crave him to a point of bear madness even if I had no idea who he was.

I was only able to glance at his powerful forearms and my eyes widened when I saw pure black markings that seemed to be alive.

They moved over the hard muscles of his forearms unlike anything I had ever seen before and my fingers itched to touch them.

But before I could turn fully, I gasp
