Angela’s life changes the moment she steps through the gates of Eclipse Academy. Believing she’s nothing more than an ordinary human, Angela finds herself surrounded by vampires, dragons, lycans, fae, witches, and other supernatural beings who have spent their entire lives knowing exactly what they are. While she struggles to fit into a world she never knew existed, strange things begin happening around her, and secrets buried for generations refuse to stay hidden. As forgotten powers awaken and ancient symbols begin appearing, Angela discovers she isn’t human at all. She is the last surviving heir to an ancient Fae bloodline believed to have been erased from history, a revelation that places a target on her back and ties her fate to a prophecy no one fully understands. Caught between three powerful royal heirs, Angela’s life grows even more complicated. Xavier, the fiercely protective Dragon heir, is determined to keep her safe. Silas, the loyal Vampire heir, refuses to leave her side, convinced destiny has brought them together. Then there’s Darius, the confident Lycan heir whose instincts recognize something in Angela before anyone else can explain it. As mysterious crests awaken, magical bonds strengthen, and long-forgotten prophecies begin unfolding, one message appears again and again: A choice must be made. But the ancient journal offers another warning… Many will stand before her. There can only be one. Choose wisely. With enemies closing in, hidden truths surfacing, and an ancient curse threatening her life before her twenty-first birthday, Angela must uncover the meaning behind the prophecy before time runs out. Because some secrets were buried for a reason. Some bloodlines were never meant to survive. And the cure she’s searching for may demand a price greater than anyone is willing to pay. At Eclipse Academy, loyalty is tested, rivalries ignite, friendships become family, and destiny refuses to wait. The future of every supernatural kingdom may rest in the hands of one girl who never knew she belonged to any of them.

When I was a child, my grandma used to tell me stories. At the time, I never gave them much thought. Thinking they were just that… stories. Growing up, I soon realized that they weren’t lofty fantasies and fairy tales but memories of her past, memories of our ancestors before our world turned to sh*t. You see, what comes from legend, no matter how exaggerated the story becomes, there is always a sliver of truth. You just need to weed out the fiction from fact. My grandmother used to tell me stories of the Chosen One—the one who would save us all. When I was younger, I used to believe that what she said was true. Eventually, someone would be born, just as the Oracle predicted—someone who could save our souls and bind us back to our magic. Once I grew up and saw the world unfolding around me, I no longer believed in salvation. The chosen one seemed to be more of a prayer than reality. Some dream we wanted desperately to come true. Something in which we needed to find hope when there wasn’t any left. When our ancestors turned their backs on us, how were we expected to believe in this so-called salvation? Especially when all we witnessed was death and carnage ever since the great war. Nothing except pain and poverty. I used to believe the stories and used to pray for the mysterious chosen one that would rid our world of its evil. Now, though, I see it for what it really is, just a dream of hope. Some out of reach fairy-tale. A story to create hope. Hope is dangerous; it makes you believe things will get better. I stopped hanging on to hope when I witnessed firsthand that it caused nothing but heartache.

"Stay.” He’s in front of me before I know it, a fire and intensity in his eyes as he takes my chin in his fingers, tilting my face up towards him. “Bind yourself to me, and become by most coveted jewel.” My heart races as I realize what the look in his eyes is… lust, and a desire to posses me, keep me, and it all becomes clear. He’s been fighting his true nature the whole time. His finger runs across my lips and heat floods to parts of me I’ve never felt before. Maybe, just maybe, there’s a part of me that wants him to. I’m not sure why, or where it’s coming from. Maybe it’s that, without a purpose, with everything I’ve worked for gone, the idea of being taken care of, coveted, as he said, doesn’t seem that bad. My voice is quiet. “My Lord—” “Ariyan, you may call me Ariyan.” It feels taboo, saying his name, and I pause for a moment before letting it roll off my tongue. “Ariyan…” His jaw clenches as the sound leaves my lips. I know there was something I was going to say, but as the Dragon Lord looks over me, his silver eyes burning as they pierce mine, I can’t seem to recall what it was. It’s liked I’m trapped under his spell, lost in the blaze that is him. ***** For centuries dragons have ruled over humans, using them as servants and protectors of their most precious treasures. Ruby has spent her whole life training to become a Dragon's Guardian, but when she finally has the chance to compete for the position, she finds herself in a very different one; as the fated Mate to the feared and infamous Lord of Dragons, Ariyan Silverwing, and the Guardian of his heart. Trapped in a dark and dangerous world, can she find a way to protect herself against its threats? Or will she fall into its twisted trap, just as she finds herself falling for her Dragon Lord? *COMPANION STORY TO FATE OF THE SILVER DRAGON*
