Annotation

History. Perhaps the evolution of human as we know it is just a flicker of imagination that can be molded as seen fit. My name is Noah, a freshman at Washington State University and my story is quite different. Humans are an evolution that came from the supernatural beings. In my world, there are Vampires and Werewolves, hiding in the dark. I used to think my life is a scripted fiction until the day I started college. My roommate turned out to be Vampire and I got to know that there's a different world out there, where fantasy is a reality. I was drawn into it, because of my ancestral background: something that I got to learn about when I got stuck in a bromance affection with the Vampire king. I got to know that, as being part wizard, I could help restore peace between the Werewolves and Vampires— seemingly impossible since the Alpha of the Werewolves is my ex-boyfriend— whom has been in war since the last of the "forces," a Wizard, went evil, which caused an imbalance in nature. Now, the darkness that the last of the Witches and Wizards left behind is mine to purify, and I have a long way to go about that.

Prologue

Prologue.

In the past, the world was once filled with supernatural creatures: Vampires, Werewolves, Witches and Wizards until a time when a prophecy proclaimed that an evil shall befall, destroying all, for a new mankind to flourish. It was called the evolution of man, where human beings became the one walking the surface of the earth.

In an attempt to stop the extinction of the supernatural beings, the last of the Witches and Wizards— those knows as the forces of nature, meant to keep peace between the Vampires and Werewolves— turned into the very evil he wished to destroy.

This story was what we all know, leaving many questions unattended to. At least, I can say that for myself.

You see...my name is Noah, and I used to live the normal human life until my first day in college when I met my roommate, Xander. At first, I thought things were heated between us, but I got to know that he's a Vampire, who's just keeping watch on me.

The supernatural beings believed that I'm a half Wizard, whatever that's supposed to mean, and that I'm to help keep the peace between both creatures as it was and help defeat the darkness, chopping at the wake of the tamed evil. In a spice, the Vampire king, Aaron turned out to be my mate while the opposing preternatural beings, the Werewolves, their Alpha is my ex-boyfriend.

However, I have to keep my human feelings behind and face the reality, which seem as something from a fairy tale. Plus, I have no idea how to be a restorer that the world needs.

Chapter One

Chapter One.

Noah's POV.

My eyes are closed, and my breathing is hitched. A gasp escaped my mouth at the sensation running through my body. His lips picked on my skin, gently, causing me to shiver as my hands gripped the bedsheets.

I murmur incoherent words underneath my breaths. Feeling his body on mine, lightly pushing down into the bed makes me crave for more.

"Open your eyes," he says in a soft tone and without delay, I do as told.

I open my lips, but no words came out.

His hand goes to my left cheek, while the other is helping him keep his height from crushing me. I may be exaggerating, but he's that muscular: hefty.

"Look at me," yet, another ravishing clause escapes his throat.

I let out a soft moan; my eyes is squinting at him.

"Remember this, I shall mark you one day, when the time is right, and you shall be mine."
