Dr. Sophia Ellis stared at the letter in her hand, her mind racing with questions. Why had she been invited to Ravenswood Manor, a place rumored to be steeped in mystery and tragedy? The letter, penned by the enigmatic Mr. Edward Blackstone, offered no explanation, only a request for her presence at the manor.
