The Orphaned Queen

The story line is wonderful. The horrors Rain endures in the orphanage growing up are atrocious. The bond her and Jessica form while there is incredible. When Odette enters the story their lives change forever. I love how Odette instantly bonds with Rain and considers her mom and the king her father. Rain is fierce and fiercely protective. The fact that Jessica is fated to Beta Orion and Rain fated to the Alpha King assures they will remain together as sisters and be able to raise Odette as a tight knit family. I'm looking forward to how the story unfolds. Who's the betrayer. What more powers will gain and how fierce of a warrior she becomes. The former Alpha and Ian are in for a real shock when they come face to face with Rain as their new Queen. I'm sure she will have them pay for their past, but not before having fun making them squirm and agonize what's in store for them. Hopefully Rain gets to take revenge on the woman from her childhood for all she put her through. The buildup for the upcoming ceremonies is exciting. I can only hope that it goes well. Rain deserves a little happiness before being thrown into a battle that will rewrite their history. I hope the supernatural council will be in support of the werewolves, witches, and the fact that a hybrid is amongst them as a leader in her own right.
