Each Alpha carries a unique pain and a burning desire to reconnect with their soulmate. As Bianca adapts to life on the island, she realizes she is not just a survivor, but the key to the redemption of these Alphas. As her abilities and emotions begin to surface, she is drawn into a deep, unbreakable bond, revealing a love that transcends time and loss. However, living among so many broken hearts brings unexpected challenges, as rivalries, jealousy, and emotional dilemmas threaten to destabilize the new family she has found. While the island hides ancient secrets and looming dangers, the Luna must decide: can she heal the wounds of the past while finding her own place among the Alphas? And with the weight of responsibility on her shoulders, how far will she go to protect those she now considers her true family?
Chapter 1
She looked through the small window of the cabin. The sky, which just a few hours ago had been a tranquil, infinite blue expanse, was now rapidly transforming into a terrifying spectacle. She gazed at the vastness surrounding her. The horizon seemed to slowly disappear, swallowed by what she now realized was more than just a passing storm. Something inside her whispered that this was an omen, a warning. Her heart raced, fear beginning to seep into her veins, but she pushed it away. She took a deep breath, trying to remember who she was—always strong, always determined, never yielding to fear, even when it gripped her chest as it did now.
"It's going to be okay," she murmured to herself, more as a mantra than a truth.
She was on her way to a new destination, a new life, a new chance to start over. She had made the right choice, or at least that's what she tried to believe. Leaving everything behind had seemed sensible at the time, even if now, in the midst of the furious sea, she began to question it. The boat rocked with increasing violence, and the sense of imminent danger made it hard to think of anything beyond the present moment.
"D*mn storm," she muttered, pressing her lips together. The deafening noise of the wind and waves crashing against the hull was almost surreal.
Suddenly, the cabin door burst open with a bang, and one of the crew members entered, soaked to the bone. His eyes were wide with panic, his breathing short.
"We've got big problems, miss," he said, his words trembling. "You'd better prepare yourself. It's going to be a long night."
Before Bianca could ask anything, the crew member was gone as quickly as he had come, returning to the chaos on the deck. A sense of helplessness grew in her chest, a lump in her throat that she forced herself to swallow. Standing up, she slammed against the wall as the boat tilted dangerously. The captain was shouting orders outside, but his words were swallowed by the roar of the wind.
For a brief moment, Bianca thought about running to the safety of the inner cabin, where she would likely be more protected. But something made her hesitate. She felt she needed to be out there, that she should face the storm head-on, not hide from it.
Her feet hesitated for a second, but she soon moved toward the door leading to the deck. The biting cold of the wind hit her as soon as she stepped out, almost taking her breath away. The rainwater mixed with the salty spray from the waves hit her face, temporarily blinding her.
The scene before her was absolute chaos. The crew ran back and forth, trying to maintain control of the boat, which now seemed like a mere nutshell adrift in the furious ocean. The deck was tilted at a frightening angle, and each wave made the boat shudder violently.
"Miss, go back inside!" shouted one of the crew members, his voice almost inaudible over the storm.
But Bianca didn't move. She gripped the side of the boat, her fingers firm against the cold metal. Something in her refused to give in. Even with her heart pounding in her throat, a part of her refused to surrender to the panic that was beginning to take hold of everyone around her.
"I can do this," she murmured to herself once more, as if repeating a truth she desperately needed to believe.
A colossal wave rose ahead, like a monster, and Bianca's eyes widened, unable to prepare for the impact. The boat was thrown to the side with brutal force, and for a moment, she felt the ground disappear beneath her feet. Her hand slipped from the railing, and she was thrown against the deck wall.
Pain radiated through her body, the impact leaving her dizzy. She struggled to get up, feeling nausea rise as the world spun around her. When she finally managed to stand, a sense of despair hit her.
"No… not like this," she murmured, trying to hold back a new wave of panic.
It was then that she heard the scream. One of the crew members was thrown overboard, disappearing into the churning waters before anyone could even attempt to help him. Bianca froze, her blood turning to ice as she witnessed the scene. Her mind refused to believe what her eyes were seeing.
"No… This can't be true."
But the reality was right in front of her. The sea was taking everything.
Another colossal wave formed ahead. This time, Bianca knew there was nowhere to run, and before she could react, the water hit the boat head-on. The impact threw her again, and she felt her body being dragged across the tilted deck toward the railing. She tried to hold on, but her fingers found only emptiness.
"Hold on!" someone shouted, their voice muffled by the roar of the wind.
But it was too late.
Bianca felt the void below her. The world around her turned upside down as she was thrown overboard. Time seemed to slow, and all she saw was the sky, covered in dark clouds, spinning above her head. A final word formed on her lips, but she didn't have a chance to say it before she felt the icy water of the ocean.
The impact was brutal. The water was like ice, cutting her skin and stealing her breath in a single blow. The sensation of being swallowed by the depths took over, and Bianca fought desperately to reach the surface. Her body begged for air, but the waves were relentless, tossing her back and forth like a ragdoll.
"I… need… to breathe," she thought as her arms and legs flailed frantically against the water. But the salt burned her eyes and throat, and every attempt to rise seemed more futile than the last.
Above, she caught a glimpse of the boat, a distant shadow in the midst of the storm. But it seemed smaller, farther away. Alone in the vast ocean, Bianca felt despair grow in her chest like an uncontrollable flame.
"This can't be happening," she thought, panic taking over. "I can't die like this."
The fear was almost paralyzing, but somewhere deep inside, something screamed louder—the memory of why she was there. She hadn't fought so hard to end up like this, not now. Not in the middle of a furious ocean where no one would find her. Bianca wouldn't give up.
With a superhuman effort, she forced her legs to kick against the waves, using every ounce of strength she had left. Her entire body begged for rest, to give up, but she fought.
"Not here. Not now," she repeated mentally, her determination pushing the despair away.
But no matter how hard she tried, exhaustion finally overtook her. Her body began to surrender to the weight of the waves, her arms and legs refusing to obey. The last thing she felt before being enveloped by darkness was the deadly cold of the water and the distant sound of the storm, still furious but growing fainter.
Bianca was carried away by the currents, her thoughts and consciousness disappearing into the abyss of the sea. She didn't know where the waters would take her, but in that moment, all that remained was the silent void.
Chapter 2
She felt the cold water enveloping her, seeping into her bones, but there was something worse: the absolute silence. An oppressive void that consumed every thought, every emotion, leaving only the dread of uncertainty.
Her body ached. Every muscle felt tense, worn out, and the salty taste of the sea was ingrained in her cracked lips. Bianca coughed, trying to expel the bitter taste from her dry throat. There was no boat, no crew, or any sign of solid land. Only the infinite, merciless ocean, vast and indifferent.
She looked around, her eyes burning from the salt. Her mind, still foggy, struggled to remember what had happened. The storm and the chaos. Everything had collapsed at once, and before she could react, she had been cast adrift, a prisoner of the ocean. Bianca felt her strength abandoning her. Her body seemed on the verge of giving up, and her mind, clouded by exhaustion, began to falter. But then something changed. The sound of the sea was interrup
