Putting a band-aid on the problem. Thinking about it, maybe she accepted his proposal, as she wouldn't be single for the rest of her life.

Although she felt alone, she wasn't. One night, someone appeared to her in her dreams and would continue to loom over them for many nights. He showed her love, pure love, but she never saw his face. She didn't know that one day she would come face-to-face with her 'angel.' He would show up when she least expected it, and only he could make her whole again.

Destiny had decided to take over Shailina's life, as her time was about to come; what time was that? Time to choose the path and with whom she would walk it. In this relationship, not only is their love unlimited, but trust is greater to be able to unite in the earthly world, as in the animalistic world. 

Shailina was sitting at the kitchen counter, waiting for Vanessa to finish getting ready for work. While drinking her cappuccino, she was so thorough in her work that she checked her tablet to make sure she had the numbers for all the case files her boss, Mr. Sergini, would be working on for that day. Also, she had the clients' names and numbers he would be seeing.

She looked at the to-do list on the counter, picked it up, and also started revising it. Making sure she had remembered all their errands. And then lastly, she looked at her to-do list. Good thing Vanessa didn't see her to-do list because she would be livid.

Since Patricia, a girl they knew from college, and only called whenever she needed something, did just that. Had called saying she needed help with a surprise party she was throwing for a cousin from out of state. When she said no, that she was busy, Patricia started begging, telling her she didn't know the first thing about planning and arranging a party.
