Chapter 1- Return Home
Arriving at the international airport of AJ City, Nancy frowned, as she didn't understand why her parents had asked her to return home.
She was a 24-year-old fair-skinned woman who had been studying in City X. After she had graduated with a business administration degree, her father told her, “Nancy, I want you to return home and not to base yourself in City X.”
Nancy had frowned during the phone call with her father. She knew that he was a politician in AJ City, and she couldn't go against his orders. So she arrived at the airport at exactly 2 p.m., and her father's men were already there, waiting to escort her home.
“Welcome home, Nancy.” Her elder adopted brother, Matthew Marlon, smiled at her, but Nancy frowned as she walked with him to the car.
She sat in the back seat and knew that the city was ruled by the popular President Nolan Alejandro and his family, as the city was named after the Alejandro family. They had been ruling for years, and any opposition party that tried to oppose them was immediately silenced.
Nancy watched the road as Matthew started the car engine and drove out of the airport. Her eyes fell on the gigantic billboard displaying the city president's photos, too.
“Hmm…” Nancy hummed, and she could see Matthew smiling at her through the rearview mirror.
She ignored smiling back at him, as she continued to wonder why her parents had insisted that she must return home.
Arriving home, the security men at her father's mansion gate pulled the huge black gate open for them. Nancy watched as Matthew drove his black exotic SUV into the premises and parked.
She saw her parents standing at the mansion's frontage: her mother was wearing a red gown, and her father stood in his black suit, while the maids also stood behind her parents in their blue maid uniforms.
Nancy stepped down from the car and walked up to the mansion's frontage to meet her parents. She was wearing a red top and black trousers with her black high-heeled shoes.
Nancy finally approached the mansion's frontage, and her mother wholeheartedly welcomed her: “Welcome home, my beautiful angel.”
“Good afternoon, Mom, Dad.” Nancy smiled as she hugged her mother, and her father said, “Welcome home, Nancy. Good to have you home with us.”
“Thanks, Dad,” Nancy replied as she hugged her father, and the maids said, “Welcome home, Nancy.”
“Thank you all.” Nancy smiled at the maids, and her mother said, “Let us all go inside.”
“Okay, Mom,” Nancy replied and walked into the living room with her mother.
Nancy could see that their living room hadn't changed. It was still painted in white and had beautiful flower vases around.
Nancy walked up to a black couch in the living room, as the living room had seven black couches.
“Home, sweet home,” she whispered as she sat down on one of the black couches behind her.
She saw her mother standing in the center of the living room, smiling at her sweetly.
“Mom, what is the good news about? You look so excited to see me,” Nancy asked, becoming curious to know the reason behind her mother's bright smile. Her mother was a pure epitome of beauty, and at her age of 51 years, it didn't reflect on her face at all—her mother still looked under forty.
Mrs. Olivia smiled and sat down on the black couch behind her. She replied, “Why wouldn't I be excited to see you, Nancy? You have changed, and you look so beautiful now compared to when you left the city five years ago.”
“Thanks, Mom, but I'm still the same,” Nancy replied and smiled sweetly at her mother. She knew that her mother was right, as she had changed compared to when she left the city five years ago to further her studies abroad. Her breasts had grown bigger, her hips had grown wider, and she was a s*xy, charming young lady to behold.
Nancy knew how most people who passed by her would pause and stare back to be sure of what they saw, as she looked so adorable now.
She knew that her mother loved calling her an angel, and that was because she had a pointed nose, sparkling blue eyes, and her long golden hair was the most attractive of her features.
“Mom, I need to go upstairs now and freshen up. Then I will come back downstairs to join you and Dad for dinner,” Nancy said as she stood up from the couch.
“Okay, my dear,” Mrs. Olivia replied, unable to stop admiring her daughter. She thought to tell Nancy about the arranged marriage with the president's son, but she decided to wait on that.
Nancy smiled and walked upstairs to her bedroom. Approaching her bedroom door, she pushed it open and walked into her room.
Nancy could see that her room hadn't changed. It was still painted in pink and had beautiful flower vases around.
Furthermore, Nancy walked up to her room's window to pull the curtains open and stare out at her surroundings. She saw that some black cars had arrived, as three black cars drove into her father's mansion and parked.
Nancy saw some men in black suits step down from the car at the back, and they walked up to the car at the front and pulled the car door open.
She saw a tall man in a black suit and red undershirt step down from the car, and she met his black, handsome gaze, but she looked away from him and shut her room's curtains closed.
Nancy walked back to her bathroom to strip off her clothes, as she decided to take her bath and later go back downstairs to join her parents for dinner.
She stripped off her red top and black trousers, and then walked into her bathroom to bathe.
A few minutes later, Nancy stepped out of her bathroom wrapped in a long white towel, walked up to her bed, sat down, and began to cream her body.
She missed her family when she was in City X, and she decided to search for a new job in AJ City, since she was already at home and wouldn't be going back to City X anytime soon.
Nancy sat on her bed, pulled her bed drawer open, and took out her body lotion to cream her body.
She then picked up her television remote and switched it on, and she saw the videos of their president being displayed again on her television screen.
Increasing the television volume, Nancy heard the reporter state, “Good evening, citizens of AJ City. I bring to you the 4 p.m. news. President Nolan Alejandro has just won the recently ended election today, scoring over 50 million votes.”
“Hmm…" Nancy frowned, as she disliked the Alejandro family. She immediately switched off her television, knowing that the Alejandro family had been ruling them for a long time and didn't want another family to rule.
Nancy knew that her father was a politician working under the AJ Political party group, and she sighed, deciding not to worry about politics.
She didn't like the luxury lifestyle that her family lived; she wanted a simple life for herself, her husband, and their sweet kids in the future.
Nancy didn't like the security men who had been following her about every minute and second since her return to the city.
She finished creaming her body, stood up from the bed, and searched for a dress to wear.
She walked into her closet and took out a short brown gown that hugged tightly to her body, bringing out her shape.
Nancy smiled, walked back to her room's mirror, and held her white long towel in her right hand to dry her wet, long golden hair, combing it to cascade behind her back.
She finished and smiled at her reflection in the mirror.
Chapter 2- His Choice
Charles Alejandro was at his hotel when he received a report that his chosen bride had arrived home.
He was eager to see Nancy, as his parents had been pressuring him to settle down. He was their only son and, more likely, the future president. He had many enemies, including inherited ones.
Charles had been at his company earlier in the morning, before deciding to visit his hotel in the afternoon and spend the evening with an attractive woman there.
It was no secret that he loved women. He was a powerful man in A.J. City, and many young ladies knew it and also wanted to get intimate with him.
Charles was a 30-year-old Black man. He was very attractive, tall, masculine, and had short black hair.
His mother would not allow him to rest, as she kept pressuring him about marriage and even showed him several photos of women she had selected for him to choose from. But Charles was not interested in any of them, as he preferred his promiscuous lifesty
