"Please, be careful! Take him to the operating room. Dr. Santillán is waiting for him."

Fernanda spoke quickly as she tied her long black hair, which had come loose during the rush.

She was one of the best nurses at Barcelona Central Hospital. She had worked there for five years, giving all her heart to her job. She lost her parents when she was still a teenager, so she learned very early how to take care of herself.

"Fernanda! What a crazy day. There are so many patients," Emma said.
