I loved that it didn't compromise the story yet kept the length of the book manageable. I would rather have a sequel then slog through a 175 chapter book than read a book that regurgitates the same chapter over and over again just to add bulk to the book. Interesting characters, however I think she let her brother off wayyyy too easy. He is supposed to be an alpha but to me his wimpy excuse for not stopping his beta from being abusive is just that, wimpy and pathetic.
