Iyana Salaman is a unique creature, born of the paranormal world's nature. She is a werewolf and a “stain," a rare and powerful creature with the ability to destroy everything mankind has struggled to create. Her mother was cursed during pregnancy, resulting in Iyana's unusual appearance and abilities. As a "stain," Iyana is an outcast in a world where werewolves, vampires, and other paranormal creatures coexist but are constantly at odds. To make matters worse, Iyana is caught in the middle of a battle between two notorious brothers, one a werewolf, and the other a lynx. The brothers have been at war for over five decades and are willing to destroy everything in their quest for power and dominance. Despite the danger, Iyana finds herself drawn to both brothers, each offering her something she cannot resist. However, her affections threaten to reignite the long-standing feud between the two, putting her and those she loves in grave danger. As the tension mounts and the conflict escalates, Iyana is forced to make a difficult choice. She must choose between the two brothers and risk starting a war that could destroy the entire. The two brothers finally confront each other in a final battle to determine who will emerge as the victor and claim Iyana as their mate. The battle is fierce and destructive, with both sides using their most powerful abilities to gain the upper hand. Iyana, caught in the middle, uses her unique abilities as a "stain" to try and stop the fighting, but her efforts are in vain. As the brothers face each other for the final time, Iyana realizes that she cannot choose between them and that the only the way to stop the fighting is to make a sacrifice. In a dramatic moment, Iyana uses her own powers as a "stain" to merge the brothers' abilities and create a powerful new force that is greater than either of them alone. The brothers, initially suspicious of each other, are forced to work together and are ultimately able to overcome their differences and form a tenuous alliance. Iyana's actions have not only prevented a devastating war but have also created a new hope for peace and cooperation in the paranormal world. The climax of the story is a moment of intense action and emotional intensity, as the characters' fates hang in the balance and the future of their world is decided. The tale ends with a sense of uncertainty, leaving you hungry for more and eager to continue Iyana's journey. What new challenges and dangers await Iyana? Will she be able to overcome them and bring lasting peace to her world? Let’s find out!
Chapter 1
A young blonde haired lady walked along the curb staring down at her phone with an expression one couldn't interpret.
She had a backpack behind her and she was holding a few books, like a typical college student would.
"I'm so sick and tired of all this rubbish seriously…"
"Always look up when you're walking by the road Iyana. Especially this kind of road." A feminine voice pulled her attention and she looked up before shifting her glasses up.
"Oh it's just you." She heaved a sigh of relief as she saw it was her best friend Lynn.
"What do you have there?" Lyn peeped into her phone moving up her glasses.
"Nothing much. It's just an annoying tweet." Iyana frowned as they walked into the gate of the college building.
"We'll deal with that later but right now, we have to focus on this one before us." Lynn pointed at the school building and Iyana nodded.
She was right, the place was always chaotic since that was the only standard college around there. Different creatures attended the college and they were all practically enemies being forced to stay together.
"So yesterday while I went to the library to study, I found a book talking about this old building. Do you know it's over fifty centuries old." Lynn's eyes beamed with excitement.
"Wow, that's old." Iyana gasped as they walked into the main garden where different students were. They chose each other in groups of their creatures.
The werewolves were sitting round on benches, some of them on the passageway, some going and coming.
The vampires stood under the shade talking and laughing. The few groups of stains sat quietly watching and occasionally glancing at each other.
Humans on the other hand were the hyperactive ones playing football round, hitting on girls and doing other crazy things.
Those who caught sight of the duo walking into the garden threw them disgusted looks.
"This is the reason why I hate coming to lectures before the class even starts. For freaking sake we're not in Nevermore." Iyana rolled her eyes with a groan.
"You've been watching Netflix too much lately Iyana." Lynn patted her shoulders as they walked towards the stains and just then the bells blared.
"I feel like we're in highschool sometimes." Iyana sighed as they turned towards their lecture hall.
"I won't deny that. The school is too old and so are the teachers so you can't expect anything better." Lynn shifted her glasses up as they walked into the hall.
The vampires took the extreme back seats then and the other races divided each other while the stains just sat in front as they were the quiet ones.
"Good morning students, I hope you've completed your projects because you'll be submitting them today. No excuse and if you are not planning on submitting my project then that brings your grade down to a C." The lecturer who walked in slammed her large book on the table while opening her laptop to make use of the projector.
As the woman explained, only half of the class was paying attention. Some were chatting, some were sleeping, some making out but the teacher didn't seem to care.
"History 101 is the course almost no one is interested in. And history is quite interesting." Lynn hummed as she listened to the lecturer continue her lectures.
They all sat there for another three hours before the class was finally dismissed.
"Seriously, I thought I was going to die." Iyana gritted her teeth as she yawned. "I read all that since she spoke about it in lectures two weeks ago."
"Still, you should have listened to get better understanding."
"No thank you." Iyana yawned again as they turned to go relax at their favorite spot behind the library before leaving.
"I can stay here forever." Lynn sighed as she sat in the tree branch.
"Someone's coming." Iyana hurriedly said and before they could move, a gang of vampires appeared before them.
"Oh my, look it's the outcast." Their leader said to Iyana in a mocking tone. "What's her name again?"
"Hey don't talk to my friend like that or you'll get it from me." Lynn threatened. Iyana really wanted to facepalm but she just turned to look at the guys.
"What do you want?" She asked as with clenched fists.
"Oh my look at her, she clenched her fists, how cute." The leader of the guys said and signaled to his boys and they charged at the two ladies standing.
Iyana caught the fist of one of the guys charging at her just before she pulled him down, kneeing him hard in the ribs.
The guy groaned as he pushed her back, making her hit her back against Lynn's. "Do we seriously have to go through this every week? I'd rather be homeschooled than have to deal with this weirdos."
"Tell me about it." Iyana rolled her eyes as she dodged the punches launched at her.
The two friends tried as much as possible to dodge and not attack but the vampire's punches were insanely fast due to the speed they had in their advantage.
"Just leave us already. What exactly is your deal." Iyana groaned as she lifted her right leg up, and the jaw of the guy she was fighting connected with her sneakers.
"You just disgust me really and I'll be doing everyone lots of good by killing you." The head of their gang kicked his lips.
The first guy hit Lynn in the guts so hard that she spat out blood and fell on her knees. "Ouch, it hurts." Lynn groaned.
"Lynn." Iyana called in concern. She wasn't really good with fighting and all the pains that'll be inflicted on her but this was a life or death situation and they had no choice.
The leader of the gang used the chance of her being distracted to grab her by the hair and the guy before her connected his knee with her guts.
"Now we'll see how you'll be able to run your mouth once I'm done with you. And also I wonder how your blood tastes."
Chapter 2
As he bared his fangs and lowered them to her neck, he got distracted by a growling sound and a wolf launched at them before his fangs could pierce her skin.
Iyana fell face to the ground as she rolled away. The wolf was standing on the vampire leader and other wolves charged at the other guy.
Just then, the wolf shifted into its human form and a lady was over the vampire guy, naked.
"Why don't you pick someone your own size." She growled, baring her own fangs too.
"Get off me you crazy naked freak." The vampire struggled but the lady shifted back into her wolf form and he used that opportunity to attack her.
Lynn crawled to Iyana who was groaning on the floor, looking at the duo fight.
"This seriously has to be the worst day yet. Moon goddess, she's so strong I can still feel her pounce." Iyana complained as she rubbed her arms.
"Retreat men." The vampire leader barked at the rest of them an
