How many boyfriends have you had in your life?” “None.” He chuckled as I responded. “You see, I’ve lost count of how many ladies I’ve f*ck*d, thousands or millions, over the centuries. You are just a little girl to me with nothing to offer; now, get lost!”

The main message of the novel is that people can change for the better with love and understanding. It also highlights the importance of self-respect and standing strong in difficult situations.
