Nathy's POV

Ding dong!

Ding dong!

"I'll be right there, just hold on a sec." I yelled descending the stairs as fast as I could. I got to the door in no time and opened it to reveal the person on the other side " my order is here ! Pizza and lemonade" I squealed in delight.

" Morning miss Wilson, here's what you requested for " the delivery guy said with a cute friendly smile.

"Good morning... Kyle " yup! I read his name tag. "Thank you " I replied returning the smile as I grabbed the package from him.

" Cajita feliz " he said and walked away.

"Gracias " I mouthed as I made my way back into the living room.

I let my package sit on the side table as I threw myself on my favorite arm chair. Hmm! So comfy, I love this flared arm chair, it relaxes me whenever I'm stressed out and bored. Picking up the remote I tuned into my favorite Disney movie plus channel immediately the TV came on. " Oh! It's charlie and the chocolate factory" I giggled. I've seen that before, but it's all good. Setting the remote down, I got up and headed to the kitchen to get myself a juice glass.

My house is nothing compared to a mansion... don't get me wrong...I'm not complaining, it's perfect, comfy and cozy. It's a modern single story fit for a family of three. On the main floor is our guest room, just behind the staircase. It's a large living space which contains a princess size bed, attached with a nightstand on each side and bed lamps on it. on the other side of the room is a single plush arm chair and a petite reading table, a wooden double door closet with a one sided full door mirror and finally, the bathroom.

The main floor also contains a well constructed kitchen and pantry. The kitchen walls and floors are so pristine that you could literally eat off its floors. The kitchen island positioned at the middle, has comfy stools around it. To the sides are beautifully arranged up and down cabinet, having all needed appliances and utensils neatly arranged inside these cabinets, a four Burner gas cooker and oven, a toaster oven, a coffee machine, a double door refrigerator and a counter separating the kitchen from the dinning. Just beside the refrigerator is a an entrance to the laundry room , where we have our washing and drying machine and also an iron board. In-between the kitchen and living room is the dinning, a round table with four dinning stools one its sides. The table is decorated with a freshly plugged natural rose flower bouquet at the center and four table clothes.

Now the living area has it's own uniqueness. On each window is a roof to floor length double panel silver colored curtain with beautifully decorated maroon color scarf. Six set of white Lawson couch neatly arranged in a curvy manner and one plush flared arm chair by the side with a teal colored ottoman positioned at the middle, then a sixty inches flat screen wall TV just above the fireplace and other home asset made the living room breath taking.

On the top floor is a big living room, just as the one down stairs. Then the family library first door to the right. Inside is a bulk oak table, large enough to entertain six persons at a time. It has a large roof to floor glass walls looking out into the beautiful busy streets of Mexico, on two sides are massive shelves filled up with books of different genres: science, history, arts and much more of which Atomic Habits by James Clear happens to be my world favorite book.

Second door to the right is the master bedroom, yes momma and dada's room. First door to the left is my room, and the last door our store room where no longer needed items are kept for charity.

Outside the building is a parking lot, big enough for two cars, a mini garden behind the house. This garden contains different variety of flowers, a single long garden bench and a swing, then finally, to the side of the building is a warm, bright, alluring swimming pool, twenty feet wide, twenty feet long and six steps deep.

After getting what I wanted, I went back to the living room where I plunge myself on the arm chair, opened the pack and slowly devoured the mouth watering pizza, taking in all its flavor and spice, while pouring myself a glass filled lemonade drink. Hmm ! Yummy!

It's saturday morning, not one of my favorite days since I've got no job to keep me company. I do love being able to help out in the smallest way possible, the joy of helping people meet their targets is the most amazing feeling in the world. One time after classes I had gone to a nearby café to have lunch, on getting there I was greeted by a long queue of customers waiting patiently for their order. "Wow! People are so hungry yet patiently waiting" I had said to myself. I was truly amazed by this. After ten minutes of waiting I offered to help, since they were short on workers that day. It took about an hour and half to attend to everyone, I was so exhausted after ensuring that everything was in other along with the other workers who couldn't stop expressing their gratitude for my assistance. I then ordered spaghetti and a soft drink and headed for a table since my insistance to pay was overruled. The happy faces and smiles of these customers kept flashing on my mind, their "thank you miss" made me blush hard. I remember that day like it had just happened. From then on I knew I had found my spark and purpose, it was putting a smile on people's faces. Well, what can I do but lazy around and take in full doses of boredom, has my parents adamantly refused to let me work.

Speaking of parents, I miss my Dad a lot ! It hurts, It hurts a lot.

"Te extraño mucho papá, desearía que nunca te fueras, duele tanto papá" ( I miss you so much Dad, I wish you never left, it hurts so much Dad), now sobbing uncontrollably.

Chapter 2: Moving

Nathy's POV

I wake up to the sound of my blaring alarm clock.

F*ck! Already? Why so early? I wanna sleep some more, Ahh!... I whined like a toddler on every Monday morning, as I hesitantly got up and walked into the bathroom to do my morning routine.

You're probably wondering why I whined like a toddler at the blaring of my alarm. Usually I'm the type of person to go to bed early and wake early as well, aside of course the days I set aside for studies, but last night was different.

Previous day

Last night I had gone to the kitchen to make myself a bowl of popcorn and a freshly squeezed orange juice, I had to be prepared for the evil I had cooked up in my head, haha! Finishing my kitchen business, I made for my room, I put down the popcorn and juice on my nightstand and headed towards the bathroom. I need me a shower.

After scrubbing my body to perfection, I got out of the tub, wiped my body and went into my walk in closet t
