The Sun was slightly going down giving a presence to the moon hoping to perk up in the Sky. The Crescent moon pack was as quiet as it could ever be ruled by a strong and considerate Alpha, Alpha Jone.

He made the pack to be as peaceful as ever ruling it with a fine touch, he was ruthless and cocky at the same time but he never neglected his pack.

A beautiful house close to the woods with a tiny garden and a small porch lived the brother of the Alpha with his family, he had a handsome and cheerful daughter with a young and agile son.

"Edward come down for dinner?" His wife Svadi called and Edward came running down with his little brother Olive.

The seven year old boy knew his father could never resist his smile and he was right.

"Okay but don't stay out too long?" He reprimanded even the woods was safe because it was still within the Crescent moon pack.

He hastily finished his dinner and grabbed his seventeen year old sister by the hand out of the house.

"Slow down" Edward said but he wasn't having it as he ran through the woods to their usual spot.

Edward placed a blanket on the ground and they sat on it with his tiny head resting on his arm.

"Edward, do you think I can ever be Alpha" he asked his knowledgeable sister for the confirmation of words his father told him.

"You can be anything you want to be, I believe in you" he answered him carefully.

"I don't want to be an Alpha, it has a lot of responsibilities and Dad told me that Uncle Jone doesn't have a son so the Alpha title will fall on me. Even Uncle Jone said so himself" Olive explained the fruitful events that lead to his question.

"Noooooo" he screamed running towards the wolf but it threw his to a tree where he got unconscious for a minute, when he opened his eyes, he found a young man in a royal attire standing in front of the bodies, his hair was long to his waist and a perfect build, he looked down on the bodies and then at his giving his a chance to see his face properly before he left.

Edward got up and ran towards his dead family,

"Mom, Dad, Olive" he cried kneeling down close to them, his whole family was murdered and that did not go well with his.

He let out a bellowed scream in the air expressing his pain and sorrow, the only family he had had been taken away from his, all he could remember was the face of the man who killed them and he vowed to exact his revenge for his family.

Edward was taken to the pack house where he was being comforted by Luna Lark. and his cousin Solmund, he had been told that the pack was under attack and he had seen other houses and family in ruins on his way to the castle.

Heimdalll was his uncle and so was Edward's family his family. He didn't know the extent of which Edward was hurt but he also fell grief for his.

"Edward, your uncle Jone needs to see you" Lark said standing by the door of Solmund's room, he has watched Edward cry for a while and was sorry for his.

Edward walked quietly and slowly until he got to the Alpha's office and opened it.

"Edward, have a seat" Alpha Jone gestured and he sat down.

"How are you holding up, you have been mourning for a week now for your family" he stated and he looked up to him with puffy eyes.

"No, don't cry again" he went to his and wiped his tears, it hurt him to see his little niece crying, the death of his brother and his family also pained him as much as it pained Edward.

"They were all I had" Edward wept more remembering the last moments he had with them, the peaceful times and the evening chat he always had with his brother.

Edward was more perplexed by what he said, what did he mean by he should save them, "What is going on?".

"Our pack would be under attack again if we don't give him a bride" he blurted getting up on his feet and holding his hand.

"Edward you know I will never do this to you but my daughter is quite younger than you and you would be eighteen in two months. Please save the pack and be the bride" he stated.

"What nonsense are you talking about?" Edward stood up angrily, he was still mourning his parents and he had the guts to tell his to be married to someone else.

"I got a letter three days ago that our pack would be under another attack if we don't present a bride to the Alpha, please Edward, look on the bright side you can start a new life there" he tried convincing his to listen to him, he had so much fear in his eyes, the Alpha he was referring to was the strongest in all lands and others referred to him as the Alpha King.

Compared to him, the Crescent moon pack was nothing before him.

Two days later Edward was picked up by the Gamma of the Red moon pack, the pack was quite different from what he had expected, it was spacious and more lively than the Crescent moon pack.

The castle wasn't just a castle but an estate enough to occupy hundreds of people in it.

Gamma Lucian of the red moon pack ushered his in until they waited at the massive Hall for the arrival of the Alpha.
