It was a mistake. I already have a mate. I can't accept you," the Alpha King said coldly, his face devoid of emotion. The words shattered the last hope in Sarang's heart, leaving the lonely and innocent omega devastated. Fleeing from her abusive pack alpha, Sarang unintentionally crossed into the territory of the most powerful Alpha King, only to discover that he was her destined mate.

The room felt like a damp, musty dungeon in the dim light. Rough stone walls closed in around me, and the low ceiling trapped the cold air. The only light came from a small candle in the corner, its weak flame flickering and casting sinister, shadows that danced across the walls, making it hard to see clearly.
I was bound tightly with ropes in the center of the room, the coarse fibers digging into my pale skin. My face, gaunt from a week of starvation, hung low as I wept uncontrollably. Tears streamed down my cheeks like a relentless waterfall. My clothes were torn and stained with dried blood, evidence of the torture I had endured.
The silence was shattered by the creaking of a door, followed by the sound of approaching footsteps. My body tensed, trembling with fear as a familiar scent filled the room. I kept my eyes shut, too weak to open them. I felt a presence looming over me, heavy and foreboding.
Suddenly, the ropes binding me were loosened, and I collapsed onto the cold, hard ground with a painful thud.
"You worthless piece of trash. Where's your pathetic brother?" This was not the first time he visited. The new Alpha of blue moon pack pack Dreak Degio, who once served as my father's trusted right hand, snarled as he leaned in close. His breath, stinking of alcohol and malice, wafted over me, making my stomach churn.
"I-I don't know," I stammered, but before I could say more, a rough hand collided with my cheek. A pained whimper tore from my lungs as I reeled from the blow. He grabbed my hair, yanking it up angrily, forcing me to meet his gaze.
"You think I won’t find him?" His voice dripped with menace. "Just wait and watch how I tear his flesh to pieces, just like I did to that b*st*rd father of yours." He laughed cruelly.
The sight of my father's death flashed in my mind. I could still see the blood pooling around his lifeless body. My mother's guttural scream as she collapsed beside him echoed in my ears, her anguish a haunting memory that plagued my nightmares to this day.
The Alpha’s booted foot crushed my hand, jolting me back to the present. A sharp, searing pain shot through me, and I struggled to bite back a scream.
"Mark my words, Omega," he spat, his voice thick with venom. "The day I kill that little trueblood sh*t will be the day we mate."
Saying this, he clapped his hands, and two omega guards stepped into the room. Their heads were bowed as they approached.
“Get her ready,” the Alpha ordered, his voice dripping with disdain before he turned on his heel and walked out, the sound of his boots echoing ominously down the corridor.
The two omegas shuffled closer, their movements hesitant. They avoided making eye contact with me, their heads down as they began to treat my wounds. With gentle hands, they cleaned the cuts and bruises, their touch light.
One of them started combing my hair, while the other began removing the dirty clothes from my body. She then handed me a clean dress and said softly, "Luna, please change into this."
"Don't!" I almost shouted, startling them both. "I am not your Luna," I added harshly, my voice laced with bitterness. The title felt like a cruel joke, a reminder of the twisted fate. The two omegas flinched at my outburst, their eyes widening in shock. They exchanged nervous glances. One of the omegas, still holding the dress, hesitated before speaking again, her voice barely above a whisper. "Please... we don't want any trouble," she murmured, her eyes pleading. "It's just... we have to follow orders."
I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself. The truth was, I didn’t want to lash out at them. They were just as much victims as I was. I stared at the dress for a moment, the soft fabric a stark contrast to the harsh reality of my life. They continue to dress me up while I stood there lifeless.
One of the omegas hesitated before bringing a cup near my lips. The smell of it was disgusting as i gag and pushed her hand away. "What the hell is this ?"
"It's an order from the Alpha to make you drink this, Miss Sarang. Please have mercy," the omega pleaded, her eyes filled with tears. I looked at them before downing the liquid in one go. The taste was even more disgusting than expected, and I soon felt a strange sensation all over my body. Both the omegas watched me finish the drink, then spoke with a slight tremble in her voice.
"As per the rules, the defeated Alpha's firstborn must marry the new pack Alpha," she explained. "Today, you will meet the werewolf council as Alpha Dreak's mate. They will decide the date of your mating ceremony. Alpha Dreak will give you a temporary mark to bind you to his wolf. The drink was to bring on your heat faster for marking."
Her words sent a shock through me.I struggled to process the implications of what she’d said. The room seemed to spin as I tried to steady myself, but the sensation from the drink was overwhelming. The idea of going in heat before finding my mate and forcibly marked, made my skin crawl. It was more than just a physical bond; it was a violation of my very being, a claim over my soul that I did not consent to. The thought of being bound to Dreak, the man who had destroyed my family and took pleasure in our suffering, filled me with dread and anger.
" No i won't. I will not be bound to that monster. I refuse to let him claim me" The omega looked at me with pity.
Before I knew it, I was dragged out of the dungeon after a week of torture. The guards led me through the cold, unfeeling corridors and into a grand hall where I was forced to sit in front of four elderly wolves. Their expressions were stern and unyielding as they discussed my fate. Dreak sat beside me, his hand resting on my thigh, adding to my discomfort.
"Omega Sarang," one of the elders began, their voice heavy with formality, "we are saddened by the news of the deaths of Alpha Magnus Fenris and Luna Seraphina." The elder’s tone was almost sympathetic, but there was no warmth in it. "Since the late Alpha had no powerful heir, Alpha Dreak will be the next pack Alpha."
My eyes went wide as one of the elders spoke. “My brother is a trueblood,” I wanted to scream, but my voice caught in my throat. He was the rightful heir of the Blue Moon Pack, a trueblood, and a very powerful Alpha. The rage and frustration swelled inside me, my body burning with the urge to reveal the truth.
Before I could make a move, Dreak’s nails dug into my thigh, nearly making me cry out. The sharp pain made me bite my lip hard to keep from screaming. I forced myself to stay silent.
As the meeting ended, I was told to step outside while the elders discussed my temporary marking. The tension was thick, and Dreak was focused on the council, while the guards were busy with their duties. For the first time, I noticed that no one was watching me closely. This could be my chance.
I tried to stay calm, but my heart was racing. I knew I had only a short time. I closed my eyes and called out to my wolf. "Blue," I whispered, barely audible.
"Blue, please, I need your help. This is our chance to escape. Please," I pleaded silently, my desperation growing.
For a moment, everything was still. Then, I felt a rush of energy as my wolf responded. My eyes opened, glowing a bright crystal blue. The transformation began, my body shifting and changing. It was painful, but I pushed through it.
In a few seconds, I had fully transformed into a beautiful snow-white wolf. Without hesitating, I ran out of the hall as fast as I could.
Everything around me became a blur as I raced through the the exit of the pack house. My paws barely made a sound on the cold stone floors. I listened carefully for the sounds of the guards and the distant voices of the elders. The fear of getting caught was real, but the need to escape was stronger.
Every turn and hallway felt like a risk. I could run into a guard at any moment, but I couldn't stop. My breath came in quick bursts, my heart pounding as I ran. Just as I made it out of the pack house, I felt a sudden shift in the air. The guards were getting alert; they must have noticed my absence.
......
Running was the only thing I was good at. But right now, it was the most difficult thing to do with all the bruises around my legs. The forest was dark and scary. My paws hit the ground hard as I ran, every part of me hurting, but I couldn’t stop. Not now. The thick trees and bushes gave me some cover, but I knew Dreak and his guards wouldn’t give up easily.
Behind me, I could hear their shouts and the sounds of branches breaking. They were getting closer. Every noise made me jump. I was so scared.
"Catch her!" Dreak shouted. "Don’t let her get away!"
I panicked not sure how deep in the dark forest i was, but I could feel the pack border getting closer.
Every pack has its own border. If a wolf enters another pack's territory without permission, they are captured and killed. For me, dying was better than living under Dreak's rule.
I saw a stream up ahead and jumped in, hoping the water would hide my scent. The cold water shocked me, but I didn’t stop. I followed the stream, my paws splashing in the water.
For a moment, I thought I might have lost them.
As soon as I crossed the river, I heard a low growl. Dreak was standing in front of me, his eyes full of anger. His guards were spreading out, covering the pack border.
"Thought you could escape, huh?" Dreak sneered as one of his wolves jumped on me. I whimpered as I felt the bite on my limb, making me fall. He dragged my body with my limb between his teeth toward his alpha leader.
"This time you will learn your lesson, Omega." Saying this, Dreak was about to grab my hair when I threw mud from the ground into Dreak's eyes. He roared in pain and fury, blinded by the mud. I used the precious seconds to scramble to my feet and dash further away, my heart pounding in my chest. I could hear there shout and threats but I had to cross the pack border.
With all energy i left i jumped out of my pack border.
Finally, my mind blurred, and I couldn’t hear anything. All the connections from the Blue Moon Pack were severed. I was no longer a member of the Blue Moon Pack. I was practically a rogue wolf now, but I was happy.
For the first time in a long while, I felt a glimmer of hope. I glanced back at Dreak, who was glaring at me with his fiery red eyes. With a final, determined look, I turned away and ran into the deep forest of these unknown territories.
" I don't feel good " Blue said in my mind. As I stumbled through the dense underbrush, my limbs felt like lead, and every breath was a struggle.
"We will be ok " I said, my voice barely audible. As I finally collapsed on the forest floor, exhausted and in pain, my eyes filled with tears. I cried my heart out, overwhelmed by a deep sense of regret and sorrow. For the first time in my life, I regretted being an omega.
It was all my fault. My parents had been murdered because of me. My pack was suffering, and my little baby brother was lost. If only I had been born an alpha, I might have been able to protect them all—my parents, my pack, and my little brother.
My consciousness was just slipping away when I felt it. A sudden, sharp sensation coursed through my veins, more intense than anything I’d experienced before.
Chapter 1 " Heat "
At first, my wolf didn't understand what was happening. Then, a sharp pain twisted painfully in my stomach, and a cry escaped my lips. My wolf shifted into my human form. I clutched my abdomen as the cramps intensified, tears streaming down my face.
A deep fear settled in my heart, and my wolf shared it, paralyzed by the overwhelming dread.
We were in heat.
Our first heat.
"No, no, no, please, God, no," I pleaded silently. I knew that an omega goes into heat upon meeting their mate, but this had been forced upon me through that vile liquid. The reality hit me like a heavy blow.
I collapsed onto my side, curling into a fetal position. My body shook as I fought back sobs, overwhelmed by the realization of what was happening. Was this my punishment for being an omega, for losing my parents?
Through the haze of pain, I realized my scent wouldn’t remain hidden for long. I wasn't sure how far I was from the forest’s edge, but if the patrol guards from t
