HEART IN CHAOS💞

Ava worth walked into the school building looking very excited, it was her second year in college and she was very happy to be back in school. She is 20 years old, has caramel skin, short, has piercing brown eyes which she got from her mom, has curvy body, friendly, beautiful and very intelligent. She is the only child of Mr and Mrs worth, the owners of the most popular newly established producing group in country x. Her parents were not so rich but they were the only support she has and she was very proud of them.

"Ava" someone called her and she turned to see the person she missed the most, her boyfriend Lucas Leonard, he was putting on to match grey outfit and black Snickers, she noticed he changed his haircut and it's color too and was looking hot as usual, Lucas was tall, smart, handsome and belonged to high society because his parents were very rich, famous and the owners of the University. So many girls wanted and tried to seduce him but his choice still remains Ava and this made so many girls in school hate Ava, while some adorned her.

"Are you just going to continue staring at me like that, come on Ava" he said opening his arms, she giggled and ran into his embrace while he showered her face with lots of kisses.

"stop it Lucas, people are staring at us" she said giggling.

"let them stare" he said going back to what he was doing.

"come on Lucas, you know you are very famous and am sure your parents would not like it if a picture of you kissing a girl shows up in the school blog" she whispered looking around. Some students around them sneered with jealousy and disapproval and walked away, some smiled while some whispered amongst themselves.

"Fine you win, so tell me did you miss me" he asked hugging her tighter, she laughed lightly realizing he was not thinking of letting go of the hug.

"Yes I missed you a lot". She answered smiling.

"but you never called me during the holidays rather you went on vacation, tell me how is that fair" he said pouting and Ava rolled her eyes at how dramatic he was acting.

"And is that why you are holding me so tightly like am going to run away" she whispered. He smiled and release her.

"How did your weekend go" Ava asked.

"Boring without you. I almost went crazy and I started doing stupid things just to get you off my mind but you never left" he said holding her hands like they were some fragile stick.

"Am sorry okay, I wouldn't leave like that again without you"

"apology not accepted" he said.

"Come on Lucas, don't be such a cry baby" she said and they both burst into laughter.

They were still talking when someone hugged Ava from behind, she turned around and hugged the person back when she saw it was her friend Rose. Rose was an orphan who took on many part time jobs in order to survive, see herself through school and pay her rent.

"Rose, I have missed you so much where have you been, I tried calling your number but it wasn't going through, I went to your house but you weren't there, come on were you avoiding me" Ava asked pouting dramatically.

"it's a long story Ava, I will tell you later" she said sighing.

"okay if you say so, I brought you guys lots of goodies, where is Isabelle" she asked looking around.

" She was with me a while ago, maybe she went to the rest room" Rose answered.

" Ava I will catch up with you later" Lucas said while Ava nodded, he pecked her and walked off to meet his only friend and roommate Derrick, while Rose and Ava went to class. They got to their usual sitting spot and settled down.

"So tell me Rose what is the matter, you are not looking bright and cheerful at all, I know you like keeping things to yourself but we are friends and you know I would help you in any little way I can"

"Thanks a lot Ava, it's just that things has been a little difficult for me but right now I am fine" Rose said smiling.

"if are trying to fool me with that smile of yours then I am sorry to burst your bubbles cause it is not working, I searched for you and called you severally during the holidays so you could come with me to vacation but you were no where to be found and now you just showed up to tell me you are fine" Ava asked her.

Rose sighed knowing fully well she could not escape it but she didn't want Ava to keep helping her all the time, Ava has done more than enough already, she was not even as rich as Isabelle but she was always helpful to people around her.

"My madam Mrs Beatrice has not paid me for three months now, so I told her I wanted to quit but she told me that if I dare quit without her permission, she will make sure I get no job elsewhere. My rent expired and I was sent out of my house, I was only allowed to take my bag of clothes with me and I lost my phone, I have been sleeping at Mrs Beatrice store for sometime now and she will throw me out the moment she finds out. Rose explained sobbing.

"It's okay Rose stop crying, firstly we would go and pay your debt, that's the only thing I can do right now but as for Mrs Beatrice there's nothing I can do, she is a very powerful lady but don't lose hope am sure Isabelle will be able to do something, she understands the high society better than I do" Ava consoled her, she felt really sorry for her friend and wish she had the power to make anyone who makes her sad suffer.

"I heard my name, is anything the matter" Isabelle asked walking into the class room. She sat down and observed that Rose was crying but she cared less.

Isabelle is the daughter of Mr and Mrs myth. Her parents owns large company groups, hotels and estates. She was very rich, proud and known for her rudeness, and sometimes people wonder how Ava was able to be friends with her.

"Isabelle is good you are here, I have asked of you earlier, were have you been" Ava asked.

"you have asked of me" Isabelle asked and laughed sarcastically, leaving Rose and Ava to wonder what was going on.

"When did you ask of me, like you cared, was it when you were kissing your stupid boyfriend in the open place that you asked of me, a boy you just started dating not up to five months but you are already displaying PDA everywhere" Isabelle said with disgust, not hiding her anger and she was already getting attention because people started coming into the once empty class room. Ava saw this and stood up.

"What are you saying Isabelle, I know you are angry I didn't search for you when I came and I am very sorry but must you always blow things out of proportion, must you always insult my relationship with Lucas, why didn't you ask me what kept me from searching for you" Ava asked calmly. Isabelle was happy seeing the crowd she gathered because she wanted to disgrace Ava to the public by making her shout and lose control but it seems it wasn't going her way and she knew that if this continues she will have to apologize to Ava to save the friendship, but she will not apologize to Ava in public, never.

So not wanting to apologize to Ava in public, she stood up and left the class. While she was outside, she kept pacing up and down. She hated Ava with passion and also hated the fact that since Ava's parents the worths, started their small company they have been stealing the limelight from her family and if it continues the worth's business may overtake her family's business. She doesn't want that to happen because she wants to remain on top and above Ava in every possible way.

"If not that my parents asked me to be friends with her so they can be getting useful information from her about her stupid parents through me, will I be here stooping so low to a low life like her, she is supposed to worship me. But what will I do I can't fail my parents because of my anger, I need to calm down and I will fake an apology to her when we are alone" Isabelle said with annoyance. She walked into the classroom, got to her sit and pretended that nothing happened till the end of the class. When it was lunch time she walked outside first and waited at their usual sitting spot in the cafeteria for Ava and Rose to arrive.

"Ava wait" Rose called after her and Ava turned, they were heading to the cafeteria and Rose decided to talk to Ava.

"Why do you always allow Isabelle to insult you and you still take her back as a friend, Isabelle hates you Ava can't you see" Rose said.

"come on Rose, where are you getting that from. Isabelle doesn't hate me okay, it's just that rich kids tend to be rude and full of some not so good energy but with time they will change. Remember when I first came to this school, I thought Isabelle hated me because she always bullied me but she later got to know me better and then she apologized. The day we became friends, she told me she only wanted me to be scared of her and that was why she first bullied me then, so believe me when I say Isabelle does not hate me, she is just trying to behave rich and classy trust me" Ava stated.

"But you are also rich but you don't behave like a fool and even when you first met me you weren't rude and mean to me"Rose answered.
