Prologue

"Could you read me a story, Mom?"

"Of course, sweetheart, what would you want me to read?"

“The same one that you read to me every night. “

“Are you sure that the one you want Mazikeen?”

"Yes Mommy, I enjoy the fairy princess stories."

"Okay, let's get you into bed, and I will start with the story."

After tucking Mazikeen in, her mother Kennedy began to tell the story.

Once upon a time, an enchanted forest was home to a fairy princess who was cherished by her parents. As she grew up, the princess, who was loved by everyone, met her soulmate. Because they were so in love, she couldn't wait to tell her parents. When the day came when the princess to inform her parents of her mate, she was furious at what she discovers- “

"Mom, what made the princess so furious?"

"I was about to say that. Remember, Mazi, patience is key," Mazikeen agreed. Her mother added, "The princess was enraged because her father planned a marriage for her to an evil man. The princess, heartbroken, ran away with the man she loved. After they married, they settled down, had a daughter, and lived happily the end.

“I’m happy for the fairy princess,” Mazikeen said, with a “Yay!”

"I feel the same way, dear."

“Mom, do you believe in fairytales?”

“Yes, I do”

“Am I able to become a fairy princess someday?”

You're a fairy princess already, and your prince will appear if you keep believing. "

“You have my word.”

“You have my word, my child, it is time for bed. “

"I love you, Mommy, goodnight."

"I love you as well, my Princess, goodnight." Kennedy said kissing Mazikeen on her head. When Kennedy exit out of the room she ran into her mate in the hallway.

“Hey love, is our princess sleep?”

“ Yes Mikhail, it was easy she love hearing her favorite story about the princess”

“ I see, that story works every time it seems that she never get tired of hearing it”

“  I don’t mind, if she wants to hear the story I am willing to keep telling her. Also telling the story helps me think about her future, I cannot wait to see it what the moon goddess have plan for her”

“Whatever the moon goddess have plan, I know it will turn out good for all of us. Also I will like to have more pups in the future. It will be lovely to give MAzikeen a little brother or sister what do you think about that love?"

" I think it will be a good idea, I have always wanted another pup maybe in due the moon goddess will give us one, we can only be patient for the time being. But I know deep in my heat it will happen soon"

I agree with you my love,It’s getting late time to get to bed”

Kennedy nodded they both walked into their room. While laying down in the bed Kennedy said to herself “ Whatever the future holds, I hope it will be a good one”. She looked over to where her mate was asleep with a smile on her face she close her eyes as she dream of a perfect future with her family.

“Hey Mazi, are you going to the movies with us this weekend?” My friend Cheyenne asks.

“Of course. What are we going to see?”

“Twilight, duh” Cheyenne chuckles.

“Forgot you struck on the fantasy of wolf and vampire. Tell me Cheyenne, are you team Jacob, and team Edward?”

“You forgot Randall, your boyfriend, the one you wanted to spend the rest of your life with. “

“Girl where have you been? Randall is old news. I’m with Bryson now. “

“Since when I caught Randall kissing Michelle behind the school? “
