Isabella POV

Today it happened. I saw those crystal blue eyes smiling back at me. I walked over to the handsome man to give him a glass of vodka. But my steps stopped when I saw him sitting with a beautiful woman.

I could feel a strong connection between us. Like a thread tied together.

I had been searching for my eyes for five years. I didn't expect to meet him at this party. I was sure she was the one.

My name is Isabella Moonshadow. I'm a waitress at the Red Moon Pack. I'm 18 years old.

I have no family. Alpha Marco found me in the forest and took me into the Red Moon Pack.

Lyra, the wolf inside me, kept talking.

"This is your mate! He's your mate!" she said.

But I didn't know her name. I asked Xavier. He was a Beta.

"Who is he?" I asked.

"He is Alpha Lucas Ironheart, he is with his wife Serena," Xavier explained.

My face, which had been full of smiles, was suddenly dull. I didn't know that my mate had a wife. This is sad. My hand holding the wine glass shook.

"Would you like to serve her?" Xavier asked.

He knew I was surprised.

"No!" I replied.

I saw Alpha Lucas get up. He walked toward me, but his wife's hand tugged at his jacket so quickly that he stopped his steps.

As our eyes met, I couldn't help the desire in my chest. He belonged to me, I could feel it.

My tears were about to fall. I quickly wiped them away. I didn't want anyone to see them.

Serena is very beautiful. Her body was shaped like an hourglass. Her lips were full of red lipstick and she stood next to Alpha Lucas. She had a look of disgust in her eyes.

I quickly went to the kitchen after serving all the guests at this party.

"He's your mate! He's your mate, Isabella!" Lyra, my wolf, continued to fight as I walked back into the kitchen.

Alpha Marco, the leader of the Red Moon Pack, was celebrating his birthday. He had invited all the alphas in the village of Amora.

"He has Luna, how unfortunate for us. Why are we too late?" Lyra, my wolf, kept talking. My head hurt so much.

I drank a glass of vodka to calm my heart. My heart was beating faster and I couldn't deny the attraction.

But I realized that if I was just a servant. There was no way he would claim me as his dead. That's impossible!

After the party ended, I cleaned up the ballroom. I found a blue handkerchief. I asked Xavier whose handkerchief it was. Xavier didn't know who the handkerchief belonged to.

After I cleaned the ballroom, Alpha Marco called me. I told him about the handkerchief I had found. Alpha Marco knew who the handkerchief belonged to, it was Alpha Lucas, my buddy!

Alpha Marco said if Alpha Lucas wanted to take the handkerchief, he wanted to meet on the balcony. I was so happy. So he wanted to meet me? I guess he was interested in me, too.

"Father, how could Alpha Lucas want to meet a lowly maid?" Amanda, Alpha Marco's daughter, came over to me.

I quickly hid the handkerchief in my hand.

"She's a lowly servant, no one would want to meet her!" she said again.

I fell silent.

The werewolves looked at me with intimidating looks. They whispered about me.

"He's waiting on the balcony, give him the handkerchief, Isabella!" ordered Alpha Marco. I quickly made my way to the balcony. My heart beat faster with every step up the stairs.

The man was waiting for me on the balcony.

"Isabella?" he called.

"You know my name?" I asked. I was both surprised and pleased. He recognized me.

"Isabella, I'm sure he's interested in you. You can ask him to let you be with him," Lyra said. My wolf continued to talk.

Alpha Lucas approached me.

"You're my mate!" he said.

He kissed me quickly on the lips. It made my heart beat faster.

Why is he kissing me?

I pushed his body away, but I didn't have the strength.

"We are bound, why are you silent?" he whispered.

Then he wrapped his arms around my body. He kissed my neck and placed his mark there.

"Alpha Lucas, I'm just a lowly servant, please stay away from me!" I asked with teary eyes.

Lucas POV

Serena is my life. She is the woman that makes my heart happy. I love her and I don't want to leave her.

She is perfect in my eyes, she loves me. She is a beautiful woman. I promise I won't leave her.

I admired her the first time I saw her. She deserves to be the Luna in the Black Moon Pack.
