A novel that leaves you completely hooked. Truly amazing to see the plot thickening and the story getting even more amazing. Aslan's character has a lot more that what it seems at first sight, and Elena's sensitive nature is really outstanding. My type of novel, as the plot is amazing and never tires you out. An easy one to read, but certainly not simple in complexity. I'd enjoy 10 more books of this amazing plot, can't get tired of it.

Very good book. I love reading more about how their lives are progressing. Can’t wait to see where the characters end up. I hope they end up being friends with Derek and they all work things out. Thank you for write a good book and sequel to the first one. I will definitely check out any other books you wrote or write In the future. I how other people enjoy reading. As much as I have. The one thing I hate is the way you start a novel and dont finish so you must wait weeks for the next part which is usually not the finish but only a continuation. Your 80 word content is annoying to say the least maybe there should be limit on the number of chapters or at the very least tell your readers exactly how many chapters there will be why advertise a novel that is not finished why even offer it is not finished

So interesting the twists and turns of the whole story and the love that comes after so much pain and suffering, love can triumph... But anger and pain can make so many things work against the relationships... Suffering due to lack of communication and restraint... Betrayal is not an easy feet to get over at all, it's causes so much demage and suffering due to some people being selfish and not thinking bout others feelings only their own satisfaction at the time

Loved this story of Elena and Aslan. Steamy, innocence, guilt, regrets, violence, happiness, love, friendship, bosses, Mafia, blame, betrayal, death, abuse, pawns, forgiveness. Multiple involvement in decisions and actions and choices of friendship, lovers and relationships. Misunderstandings choosing silence over speaking up, breaking hearts, breaking rules, fate or destiny friendship love faithfulness loyalty trust scorn greed hate. Teacher to Author Cruel playboy CEO to Loving Husband and Father. Friendship's reunited forming stronger bonds and of course living happily ever after

the lost bet is a riveting novel about men always getting what they want regardless of who gets in their way. no empathy for those they hurt and can never see another persons stand point or side to every situation. also elena's parented are a disgrace who were okay with their daughter supporting a grown ass man!! who had no value as individual. so i'm going to ramble so get 600 free coins . that's all for now until next time xoxo gg

I am about two thirds of the way through this novel. It seems to have more plot twists than the first of this series. The main characters are well developed and there is plenty of plot content. The secondary characters could have more involved roles in the story line but even at the current level they are well placed. I can not figure out where exactly this plot is headed. The “glass is half full” side of hopes this couple gets it together.

The fact yhY they could properly communicate with each other and start trusting in the love they had was a good twist. It got a bit tedious the misunderstandings and misinterpretation of situations. The fact that Derek and Aslan could rekindle their friendship was also great. The sentence structure is not great and writing style a bit boring otherwise I enjoyed the book. Glad that there was part to tie up all the loose ends. Love a good love story with a happy ending.
