I love this story and also the first one. Not everything is perfect in life and this book and the first show how much a person is willing to change to prove their worth to the ones they love. I do really hope that Elena and Aslan figure things out and can be happy to have no more secrets between. This is such a great story with a suprising ending or maybe there just hasn’t been an update but i hope there is one solm

It's a different kind of billionaire story, not the usual, nor typical "Cinderella" love story... Intriguing developments, either in the storyline or the characters. Interesting to see how such a man (Aslan, the main character ) can grow... Don't forget to start with the part one! (The lost Bet) if you really want to get all the subtilities in the story. It's for sure a different kind of adventure to read. Give it a try, it will become rapidly addictive!

This was not a good story. It dragged on and on. Elena is wishy-washy and stupid. She forgives him for raping her but decides to bail on her wedding day. She believes everyone but Aslan. She says she loves him one minute but fears and hates him the next minutes. He raped her, wins her in a bet, brand's her and I don't even know what else but she forgives him. Later, she acts all stupid after finding out he killed his first crush because she fucked his dad. Literally 30 minutes later, she is willingly fucking him. And apparently forgot what he did. Next day she acts all stupid finding out he set up her ex-husband to gamble and lose her as a bet when she already knew it. Aslan may be a mafia/harass but he treats her good after he falls in love with her. He doesn't lie to her and allows her freedom even after she left him at the altar and hid from him. Nit saying he is a good guy buy at least he is constant about loving her. She is all over the place and honestly is super annoying. Don't waste you time with this story

Just like the first book, it is a great master peice. The up and downs are great. And the emotion is there, you feel what they are feeling the whole time. I wish that she wins and he gets what he deserves 10 folds. I'm excites to see what happens after all this and how her life pans out from here. Derek is a good corrector also. I swear If there isn't a 3rd book I might cry! Yay, TU

great story - really found a connection between the two characters. i didn’t realise it was a second story and found it to be better than the first. truly a great read and you will not regret it if you come across this great book. great chemistry between the both main characters and well suited. looking forward to the next book to find out what happens next as i want them to have happy ending! overall, a great book - thanks

I love this novel so much! The storyline is amazing. I love how the author presents Aslan the male lead as a villain in the beginning, but down the line, makes the reader to love and sympathetise with his personality. Elena is gorgeous and kind, but stubborn, and I love how the relationship between them goes from predator/prey to two passionate lovers. I believe that Aslan deserves a second chance and I feel so bad for him. I sincerely hope that Elena forgives him and decides to stay with him since she has known everything there is to know. Finally, a big kudos to the author for such a fantastic book. I look forward to the next part of the novel.

I like the book, but I didn’t like the ending. It didn’t give me closure on what was going to happen to Aslan and Alina. I didn’t like that. Aslan didn’t trust her and even though he loved her, he didn’t know how to treat her right. He should have learned how to a woman. I don’t like Derek. He cost too many problems and he never questioned his sister. I know Aslan wasn’t perfect, but he tried.

Why can she not see past his flaws. Yes he did go through all that just to win her, but why not show his true colours and show her how he feels about her? He really doeslove her and I really hope he does not lose her, she is his queen. He made mistakes but he is trying to fix it. Why won't she allow him to fix what he has broken? Her husband was a pig but Aslan is just trying to love her.

É uma história que nos prende, bem escrito, com bom enredo. Nuns momentos odiamos o protagonista, noutros torcemos por ele. É uma montanha de russa de emoções que nos faz pensar sobre a natureza humana, o tipo de relações entre as pessoas e os valores que pautam cada um. Será que conseguimos ou devemos perdoar determinados crimes em nome do amor? O texto precisa de ser revisto, pois tem algumas gralhas. É uma boa leitura. Não se vão arrepender. Divirtam-se!
