I found it to be a little to violent. I would have preferred slot less graphic. The story did hold my interest and I read it to the end, but I had to skip over a lot of The parts too much much blood and glory. There was just too much death and people being killed in it from my liking at first I was hoping she escaped him but afterwards I realize she liked being possessed. Would’ve enjoyed a little more story about the sister and her boyfriend.

This is my second book since I downloaded this app. I have a bit sceptical in the beginning as I'm not big in dark romances. I enjoyed the twist and how they fell in love with each other. There were times that felt Brie's pain with her and I hated Lucian but after I came to understand his childhood and sickness I started feeling sorry for him.Thank you author for the rollercoaster ride and for keeping me glued to this book.

I really enjoyed the book the characters were interesting and believable. The ending was satisfying.. I was able to read the book in two nights. Although I am finding every book I read is so similar the characters change, but the store lines are the same. If you are to write another book, it would be nice to see a completely different storyline. I just feel like I keep reading the same book over and overso if you could please give us a different storyline I will be watching for that thank you.

This is a very dark book. The characters are believable, but it's hard reading about the rapes. And beatings I understand mafia. Stuff, it's cruel, but this is very, very. Cruel.Maybe e it will better.I don't know, I'm still reading it.I don't want to give app on it because I do like the characters in the book.I'm waiting to find out what is really wrong with one of the main characters. Will they find True love or not? Or will it be Stockholm Syndrome? This is hard. I don't know if I want them to get together. Or if I want her to get away. I will read it until the end

I truly loved this book from beginning to end!!!!It ‘s so rare that i find a book like this!I have so many books on the go bc i lose interest..i’d love to read more books of your’s!However,i do have one complaint…how come u didn’t talk more about brie’s family&why was her mom so upset&disappear when derek found her@her parents house?I figured u were gunna say she had something to do with it?Anyway i really enjoyed the journey thank you!🤗

Holy moly, is there something wrong with me? Do I want to be abused or something? Why do I like it so much? Not that it's happening to her, but how much I wouldn't mind having someone being so possessive over me, I wouldn't mind that at all actually. Though I wouldn't give him the chance to hurt me like she does. I definitely would be more compliant hehe. Well, a good book nonetheless even if her naivety bothers me.

Oh my gosh! Loved it but anxiety provoking. I don’t know how she eventually fell in love with him. He was so mean and scary! Learning of his underlying trauma and mental illness helped to substantiate his behavior besides being a mafia boss. Despite Brie being such an innocent, she was very much a survivor and so open to giving kindness even though she is in this stifling environment. I loved the strength she showed towards the end, confronting Lucian and making him listen to her and then saving him from the Russian mafia boss. Absolutely loved the ending with the care and love for their daughter.

I love this story am sorry but it's the truth her dad is a Mafia boss in his own right her dad and another Mafia boss he's very powerful they were enemies from before he took over and to form an alliance he wanted to marry one of his daughters he had twins but he was obsessed with her from he saw her that day he's very possessive but she was inlove with one of her dad bodyguard but he was a spy for another rival Mafia they wanted her to use her as bait and blackmail her dad but she was clueless to all and taught it was love she beg her mom to help her which she did but they got caught
