This story had so many twists and turns. Just when you think it’s close to the end there is another plot that takes you in a different direction. There were a few chapters that didn’t keep my interest but once I was thru this I was caught right back up in the story again. Didn’t find how Brandon was learning to date again interesting at all. Not sure if at the end the bad guys after her were caught as well..

This story makes me so angry. I cannot believe that Tyler is such a jerk. He stole his wife’s house and business than divorced her and kicked her out of her own home. Unbelievable. Not only did he take advantage of her financially he also was do mean and cruel to her. He was having an affair with her best friend and also another women. Everyone treated Elena horribly. I can’t believe he would ever believe she would take him back!

I am on Chapter 41 of this novel and so far it is the best novel that I have read in the AlphaNovel selection of books. Many of the books have been the same novel with different names but just too similar stories. This novel is different. Alta aka Alassandra is the main character. She has suffered many hardships, betrayals, and pain but has remained a strong, kind, smart woman. Her past experiences are teaching her how to live her future! I am enjoying this novel and can’t wait to continue reading it!

So far it is a great read. I do have to admit that it is hard to imagine anyone would deal with such a family (mom and sisters in law) in the way they treated her before and after finding out the betrayal. Maybe it's just me, but I would have never signed my home or business over no matter how much I loved him maybe add his name. I am truly looking forward to seeing what Alessandra has in store for Tyler and I hope she doesn't forget his mother, sisters and the back stabbing friend.

Just started the book and so far it is ok. There is a name change that might confuse you but it is worth it. The ex husband is a jerk and will soon learn his lesson. Throw in an evil mother in law and a couple of very bratty sisters in law with their brainless ways of making her a slave. The book starts slow but picks up speed. Soon there will be wealth and probably some guy who likes her. We will see as the book goes on.
