It was a good story. At times, the grammatical errors irritated me, but because I wanted to know what happened to Tessa, Declan and the babies, and now Emily I pressed on. I'm glad I did. The horrible things that were done in the name of love were astronomical, and at times, in my opinion unforgivable, but they always seemed to find their way back to each other, never allowing anyone ir anything to keep them separated. I'm grateful it didn't happen to me because I might have killed him. Lol

Review after the novel completion

It was alright, a little to much drama and weird tropes, they acted like children most of the time and couldn’t even communicate properly with one another and I think that’s why it was so long. Sometimes the relationship between characters felt forced and unrealistic and honestly most of the characters are narcissists who don’t give a f about anything but themselves, the mfc spends most of the book helping anyone around her and they all at some point turn against her, so if u have time sure read it but it wasn’t anything special

Review after half of the novel

It was a good story between Declan and Tessa. They are really in love but because of very poor communication they are suffering. Nobody wants to be honest with their feelings. They ate both trying keep their feelings to themselves and now they are suffering. I like Tessa’s character. She is bold and never afraid to say anything. Declan is another matter. I wish the story will be much faster. Sometimes its dragging but other than that its entertaining.

Review after half of the novel

Really liking it! A lot of grammatical errors though! Tessa is a little naive and stubborn but she seems to be really in love. I really wish she would not be so stubborn and really tell him how she feels. Declan is the same too. He seems to be avoiding telling the truth in fear of rejection. They seem to both be afraid of being rejected by one another because of their past love lives and their home lives. Hoping it gets more exciting!

Review after half of the novel

If you are looking for a story that pulls you from your reality and drops you directly into the high-stakes, high-tension world of corporate romance, One Night Stand with My Boss is an absolute masterclass in immersion. This isn't just a romance novel; it’s a visceral experience that captures the frantic pulse of attraction and the suffocating weight of professional consequences. From the opening chapters, the author’s prose functions like a lens, focusing intensely on the sensory details that make a moment feel real. You don't just read about the characters' encounters; you feel the sudden drop in the pit of your stomach during a tense boardroom meeting and the electric, undeniable heat of a shared glance across a crowded office. The transition from a singular, impulsive night to the awkward, charged reality of the "morning after" at work is handled with such emotional precision that you’ll find yourself holding your breath alongside the protagonist. What truly elevates this book is its emotional depth. The characters aren't mere archeatypical "boss" or "employee" figures; they are deeply flawed, vulnerable, and incredibly human. You feel the protagonist’s internal tug-of-war between her professional ambitions and her heart’s desires so vividly it becomes your own. The boss’s guarded exterior and the slow, agonizing reveal of his true feelings are written with a nuance that makes every breakthrough feel like a personal victory. By the final page, you aren’t just finished with a book—you’re recovering from an emotional journey. It is a brilliant exploration of how one night can redefine a lifetime.

Review after half of the novel

This novel delivers an engaging blend of workplace drama and unexpected romance. When a young employee discovers she is pregnant after a reckless one-night stand, her world tilts further upon learning the father is her commanding boss. The story explores power dynamics, vulnerability, and personal growth with sensitivity. Emotional tension and sharp dialogue keep the pages turning, while the heroine’s resilience anchors the narrative. Though occasionally predictable, it remains heartfelt and compelling. A satisfying, character-driven contemporary romance with emotional depth.

Review after the novel completion

A very great read. I couldnt put my phone down. Well and truly appreciate the effort the writer put into it. Like any great book things get worse first before they get better. Some of the scenes were sweet and raw at the same time. I also like that the story had a realistic time line!! Also some spelling errors but thats ok too I got what it meant. Thank you for the great read and look forward to more books by the writer.

Review after half of the novel

I am really enjoying this book so far. It’s refreshing, interesting, and exciting. The way they both love each other and neither will admit it and both of them jealous of the other while not admitting it is fun to read. But I think she is a strong woman but she seems weak when she actually listens to his ex about her being the love of his life. I think it should have went a different way at that point because she is not someone that could be manipulated

Review after the novel completion

This book was an absolutely powerful and unforgettable read. From beginning to end, it held my attention in a way that very few books do. The writing felt intentional and beautifully crafted, with a flow that made it hard to put down. Every chapter carried emotional depth and meaning, leaving me reflecting long after I had finished. It is one of those rare books that shifts your perspective and stays with you. Truly inspiring, thought-provoking, and exceptionally well written
