It was a good story. At times, the grammatical errors irritated me, but because I wanted to know what happened to Tessa, Declan and the babies, and now Emily I pressed on. I'm glad I did. The horrible things that were done in the name of love were astronomical, and at times, in my opinion unforgivable, but they always seemed to find their way back to each other, never allowing anyone ir anything to keep them separated. I'm grateful it didn't happen to me because I might have killed him. Lol

The writing is pretty terrible, but the story is ok. I could be wrong here, but it maybe feels like a translation? Perhaps it was in another language first and then translated into English and some of the proper names (all of them?) were Anglicized or made into American city names. This has a distinctly East Asian feel to the family dynamics here though. So far, Audrey is the best character though. She’s pretty chill and I wish all gal pals could be that awesome.

I got really hooked to this book fast. It kept me reading and loving it. Then it took a few turns which felt boring and just page turners. I was getting disappointed. How could a good story turn so boring. I didn’t like some of the plot twists. You can tell the author was just adding more and more unbelievable drama. Then it all turned around in the end and the love story began to pick up again making the book more bearable to finish.

Interesting story. Lots of miscommunication between main characters. I appreciate the slow burn. I wish there was a little more story development for the supporting characters. It's confusing when characters appear and disappear with little to no explanation. I wonder if the husband noticed or liked the changes she made to the house. What is happening with his Mom and Dad? Why couldn't her Mom reach out to Edgar for Ashley since she is the one that knew him first?

The novel is excellent and offers an exceptional reading experience. It masterfully combines suspense, humor, drama, and lightheartedness, allowing me to feel a wide range of emotions — from heart-pounding, intense moments to amusing scenes that make me smile. The characters are diverse and interesting, each adding depth to the story. I feel a genuine connection to them. The plot is so intriguing that I find it hard to put the book down; it keeps me completely engaged from beginning to end

It was a very good read. Just took a long time to get to the end. I’m happy I finally got to the end. Totally enjoyed this novel. I was so happy to see that with all the challenges, misunderstanding and missteps the characters were able to find each other in the end just wish we could have gotten a little more of their story. All in all it was a great place how it all ended. Very happy in reading and was so invested in each chapter. Found at a point I could not put the book down at all crazy it is.

I hate to admit but I love a bit of jealousy. The confusion in emotions is very familiar. You really want things to work out for Tessa and something about Declan just pulls you in. Can’t wait to see where things go. I also feel bad for Edgar he seems like a good man. I absolutely despise Tessa dad and I have mixed emotions about her mom. Overall it is a pretty good story can’t wait to finish

Definitely needs some editing. Lots of misspelled words. On should be in. The grammar was sometimes difficult to get through. But on the surface it was okay. Wish there had been some more depth to the characters. There were a lot of repeated themes, somethings that were just completely outside reality. I couldn’t even get a good picture of the characters in my head since they were never really described well. But I stayed until the end of the book.
