My 18-Year-Old Contract Bride Reviews

Oh a really liked this one, lots of miscommunication and missandrstandings, every personagem had something miningful in to the history, the culprit of one of the plots was not expected, in my opinion, loved how they solved the problem with the supposed "best friend", and how Mia turned to have new friends in the novel, solving some grudges and clearing the weather's. I really liked the part that she spoke for herself breaking the poor Mia caracter and turning to show more personality.

So far this story is moving along slowly. It’s not the usual contract bride story. Usually they both go into the marriage aware it will be a contract marriage. This was a surprise to both of them. I’m not sure if I’ll finish the story. He’s an angry tyrant of a CEO, who like the Grinch has a heart that’s 3 sizes too small. She’s way too timid. Seems to be an Asian author with all the politeness of the characters.

A sweet and Interesting book. I am struggling with how the female lead Mia is overly trusting of her ‘friend’ Martha, the villain. I am looking forward to learning the male lead’s backstory, the reason why he is so cold and disliking of women. I had expected the male lead, Shawn, or his assistant to conduct a background check much sooner after the sudden marriage. They haven’t even kept track of her spending. There have only been a few name mishaps.

Good story, I like the different hook o contract marriages. I also like that so far she is not competing with another high school girl for his interest. However, I fear the author will make her step sister force her to give him up because she wants him. I think that is too predictable for a story that has accomplished a story without relying on the normal arcs for this genre. I like the grandfather as well as the male lead and adore our female lead but she needs to grow stronger as the story progresses.

Totally unrealistic and extreme but entertaining with characters you can hate and love as well as misunderstandings and scheming galore to give a surprise. What the next bad behaviour of yearning and hot scene is not always predictable but I am enjoying the unreasonable family, duplicitous friend, Out right bullying, retributions, sweet acts, lustful looks and more. Mia is an innocent character that is taken advantage of but has a good heart. So much is against the couple but always hopeful

This novel was Awesome, clean heartwarming. It made want to keep reading it and was hard to put it down. Even when I thought what was happening was ridiculous I soon found myself reading more. Nice to actually see good people come out on top even when everyone is trying to hurt you. Good things happen for a reason. Mia just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I hope a sequel happens sharing Mia becoming a mom and living a well deserved happy life.

I hope he is going to start being like really nice to her!! This chick goes through some shit. Poor thing. I do like the fact that I have not read any mis placed paragraphs in this novel! I feel like there is some thing deeper than what meets the eye with the CEO and Lucas. All in all it is a good story though. I will definitely be on the look out for other novels written by them.

There are flaws in the writing. I would always reread before putting it out for viewers. The chapters are short and you constantly start the next chapter whith the end of the previous one. That makes reading it harder. The story so far is not bad but could use some more details. some parts are rushed through and others are explained. Other than that it is a decent story but I got list a couple times. Just reread your story before you post it and it will be better.

Mia finds out that her boyfriend and best-friend have been betraying her and ended up in the hospital afterpassing out. As she's leaving the hospital she hearsan arguement between a demi-god and older gentleman and decides to help him out by pretending to be his "fiance." The next thing she knows, she's standing before the magistrate and is married to a complete stranger. Shawn cant believe he just married a complete stranger! She must be a good digger out for a payoff, right? Shawn (the groom) informs his grandfather that he's already divorced the girl and can't believe when his grandfather clutches his chest and falls to the floor. He learns his grandfather is seriously ill and decides to do whatever he can to keep the marriage going. He moves Mia into his mansion, gives her a black card, then promply leaves rhe room. Now what? Keep reading to find out what happens to this wonderful couple.

I really liked this story. I always enjoy the stories where the main characters can’t fathom what the other is thinking or feeling. Mia’s innocence was quite endearing though frustrating at times. I very much enjoyed the mom plot twist. I’m also glad she got a true friendship especially since it was with someone who had such a huge misconception about her true nature. Shawn’s vengeance on her behalf that confuses the perpetrators as they have no idea what they did to anger him is a fun addition. Not too sure I like that she is so forgiving of her dad and stepmother after they disowned her though.
