This book is so good! I try not to read books that are ongoing and this is the main reason why. I just don’t have the patience to wait to see what comes next. I really like the storyline and I’m glad to see that things seem to be working out for Fran and Luca! The little twist with Nicolo and Bobby worked out for the best. I hope the next part of the story is as good as the first 44 chapters 🥰

Great novel but I don't think Iiked the way it ended however i would recommend this Novel the part I liked about this novel is the plot twist you never see coming I will not spoil it u will leave that there thos would be one I would read again it is one you can really get in to u hope we see more of fran and lucait would be great to see where they end up I just feel their story is still a little untold

Very well written! Great character development and the plot was good. I love the plot twist towards the end. The relationship between Fran and Luca is complex and intriguing. I like how the author touches on colorism and racism and how it’s woven into the story. This story feels “real” and not just another mafia love story fairytale. I want to know more about Fran and Luca. What happens next? Does Faith wake up? Does Luca find out what Booby did?

I really liked the relationship between them. They were from different worlds but came together even through they were far apart.. love envy, control, betrayal sadness, safety, trust, loyalty, abandonment was all in this novel that captured the life and death situation that come when you get into something you know nothing about.. But you try to understand and push through the doubts that come with the unknown and being known to embrace what is right in front of you!!

Francesca just made a stupid mistake, she should have told Luca that his most trusted bodyguard did this to her. The guy is alive and he will come back to torment her and Luca or join forces with Ricky in destroying Luca. I don’t understand why she is covering for him. I can’t wait to see what will happen between Ricky and Luca I bet Francesca best friend is working with Ricky or she is his main side chick

Literally one of my favorite novels. Each chapter keeps me on the edge of my seat. I really like Luca, even though he feels like he’s dead inside, he is still full of love. The way he handles women and children says alot about him. I enjoy his & Frans situationship. Why am I not surprised that Gio is the scrum of the earth. Sneaky, conniving, and un loyal. I nearly broke my phone when he reviled his truth about Angie. I’m still uncertain about faith. We will see…

This was by far the most intriguing book I've read on this app. Every chapter kept the reader on the edge of the seat. The author really did an amazing job telling this love story. The plots,the twists up to the very end was truelly the best. Please give us an amazing ending. And thank you it is indeed clear that the author proof read her work. Spelling errors and Grammer mistakes up to the timelines of the story was really done with precision and excellence.
