Sung Miguel moved from New York to Seoul, South Korea with his father and sister. A day after, he had a fateful meeting with a girl named Kim Byeol, a girl who couldn't speak. When he joined Yeong gi Academy in his final year he met Kim Byeol again. To him, she was a very interesting weird girl. Although most people didn't want to have anything to do with her, most times she was even bullied, Miguel still found ways to speak to her and ended up befriending her. The thought of this two ever getting along would be the last thing in people's minds After all, Miguel was somewhat perfect, social and carefree, while Byeol appears meek and distant to her classmates except for Jae-Hwa and Ji-won. Having opposite personalities yet went through quite similar experiences , the two quickly become friends and often spend time together.
