I love this story! I really connected with the characters' feelings. I couldn't stop reading! Although it's a pity that there are so many inconsistencies. For example, there are two completely different versions of the meeting between Damon and Elliot in the dungeon. After the rogue's attack, in one chapter, Elliot's suitcase was found in the woods where the attack took place and Damon took it back to Silver Moon pack. But in an other chapter, Elliot has his suitcase in Mooncrest... Adrian is described as mateless and childless and then later Elliot has 2 siblings and a stepmother. The name of Leila's pack changed in the middle of the book (first it was "Ashwood" then "Red Valley"). I love how consent and choice are presented as a necessity for a healthy relationship. However I think I read 30 times the exact same discussion. The same phrases said by the same character. I understand that change of behaviour does not happen overnight and that Elliot need to be sure Damon doesn't feel entitlement after a small progress. But there are just too many repetitions...

The story is really good won’t be sooty you started reading it’s full of interesting twist and turns that will engage you even more with the characters make you want to read it all in one go highly recommended your truly able to appreciate all the contrasting characters personalities won’t be able to put it down can’t wait wish it was longer then I could just read this book forever best ever plot twist you wil

Sehr gut geschrieben, es macht Spaß da man es flüssig lesen kann ohne ständig Rechtschreib- oder Grammatik Fehler im Kopf korrigieren zu müssen ( oder wohlwollend überlesen). Elliot ist ein sympathischer , halbwegs gut durchdachter und sympathischer Hauptcharakter. Natürlich kommt auch er nicht ohne die üblichen Klischees aus, allerdings nerven sie nicht so viel wie bei manch anderen Charakteren. Was mich gestört hat, dass es zweimal doppelte Kapitel mit ein und demselben Thema bzw. Kapitelnummer gab, wobei das Thema jeweils unterschiedlich gehandhabt wurde mit dementsprechend unterschiedlichem Ergebnis. Ebenfalls gab es einige logische Fehler, wo man merkt, dass der Autor sich wohl einfach nicht entscheiden konnte ... mal ist der Koffer bei den einen - im nächsten Kapitel ist er Zuhause bei dem anderen... hmmm gespaltenes Universum, zwei identische Koffer? Nein, es hat nur niemand die Geschichte einmal quergelesen, oder sie ist pur kI generiert... Trotzdem ist sie unterhaltsam zu lesen, auch wenn ich kein Geld dafür ausgeben würde.

I like where the novel is headed in Eliot finding his dad. I hope Mason and his mate aren't separated by Damon's father. I hope Eliot and Damon come back together without more problems. I also think Damon's dad needs to let him breathe, not force someone else on him. There's plenty of alphas who wait to mate. I would hate to see him and his friend fight too. The girl deffinately needs to stay with Mason her mate and get away from her abusive father.
