The novel is very impressive and revokes a readers feelings.bThe female lead us different from the male lead. This novel keeps me wanting to know what is going to happen. The female lead experiences new things and becomes very uncertain and unsure if herself during the novel. She doesn't trust her thoughts because they don't align with her feelings towards the male leads. The Male and female lead try hard to push each away. Shattered Altar_ is a dark mafia romance about *Aleksander*, a ruthless crime boss, and *Olivia*, an ordinary woman whose brother is a cop. Aleksander kidnaps Olivia as revenge against her brother who arrested his men. What starts as leverage and hatred quickly turns into obsession. Trapped in Aleksander’s world, Olivia refuses to break. As secrets come out and danger closes in, the line between captor and protector blurs. The story leans into forced proximity, possessive alpha male, and enemies-to-lovers tropes. Aleksander is cold and dangerous, but becomes fiercely devoted to Olivia. Olivia starts off vulnerable but grows stronger and fights back. *Strengths:* Addictive pacing, high tension, and strong chemistry. The mafia vs police conflict keeps the stakes high. *Weaknesses:* Heavy on dark themes like kidnapping and violence. The plot follows familiar AlphaNovel tropes. *Verdict:* If you like dark, possessive mafia romances with intense chemistry and a "he falls first" dynamic, _Shattered Altar_ delivers. It’s dramatic, angsty, and made for binge-reading. So as a reader this story teaches me to look through things before deciding the end or concluding. It shows different emotions at different episodes. It defines their characters thoroughly and the story looks realistic enough to make emotions arise within a reader reading the novel. Olivia had to adjust to everything around and understand it to be better

Not the ending I expected and I k new I couldn’t trust the his mother . Love the book though It was nice but I think it need some editing on her going to the hospital or a doctor coming to check up on her and the process of how many months pregnant she his n her monthly check up. But I love the bitter sweet moment between the two, I also love how he declared his love for her. The book is a 9/10 for me ❤️

This book started about really heavy and I thought - WoW great story line …. But OMG didn’t it take a quick turn into the unknown AND I loved it!!! This book is so not your lovey dovey fall in love with/ lust …. But this author is the best as bd it’s the 2nd book I’m reading now and definitely not disappointed… I’m going to go through the book list and I truely doubt I’ll be disappointed. Read this book

It is really good I am enjoying it so far I can’t wait to read the rest of it I expect a lot of groveling from Aleks when they finally get together if there is not and she just takes him back with out him making up for it I will be very upset. And then she said she would like me and she was like oh I am not sure what she said she was going through and she was just saying she didn’t know that she had a job

So far so good he's a Bravta Don and she's a cartoonist they met on her delay flight to New York she was going home to spend Christmas with her family He targeted her delay the flight on purpose got her to open up about herself they both end up sleeping together in the aeroplane bathroom after that they went back to her sleep but when she woke up.the plane had already landed and he was no were in sight what will happen next

I really enjoyed this novel. It kept me on the edge at each chapter. Each storyline was well written fully with drama & excitement. I could never fully tell what was going to happen next. It was very well written in that sense. There was a few times I couldnt understand why the female character wouldn't leave for good when she was told her baby could never leave with her. I was angry at that point but now with it over I can see why all that was..
