This desperately needs proof reading, there are author notes left in at chapter 36, huge continuity errors, Marcus is sometimes the brother sometimes the cousin, cathedral or registry office, known each other weeks or months, Sophie first left the house on a Sunday morning but then everyone was at work, she knew about Isabelle early on and later had no idea who she was, all simple errors which proof reading would have picked up. If it hadn’t been for the author notes I would have thought there was a lot of AI content. The story is interesting but the issues above really do detract and are frustrating. Those were my views half way through, and I was reasonably positive. However it carries on fine until chapter 54 when Eliot is suddenly called Cole. Then it becomes a total shambles from chapter 66. The story up to chapter 65 is unresolved. From chapter 66 onwards for another 20+ chapters it is a word soup of earlier chapters repeated over and over again with minor changes, numerous chapters about a similar story between Nora and Cole which make no sense and appear to be early drafts or ideas of the Sophie and Eliot story with some differences. I am really unhappy at the combination of coins and time it took to plough through the remaining chapters to end up with no clue how the story ended. Very poor oversight and proof reading and should not have been published on the app in this form.
