I loved the novel it had me mad, crying and happy a lot, but I don’t think it ended well! I wanted to know how the Sheila was going to respond if the news of finally seeing that she was not getting her “man” back!! She needs to be put in her place but I am so glad that Matt’s mom came around and understands why he was acting the way he was acting it just made the story that more interesting!! Part 2 is needed!🤔

The heat was well described in the parts that needed it. The emotional responses were actually real and relatable with how they were written. Some wit and humour to finish it off was a nice change instead of predictable sex scenes that most books have. Enough drama to keep you hooked and reading on. Not predictable in all of the drama which was a nice change. The nasties were put in their place without becoming a main part of the story which was refreshing!

So far, the story has kept me interested. I like how it differs from the other stories I read… Billionaires making a contract with the female in exchange for whatever each needs. Both lead characters are exceptional on their own ways. None of them want to fully give in, even though they seem to not get enough of each other. I love Sage’s openness to help her and older sister and Charles attempts to persuade his boss to accept his true feelings for Isabelle. Can’t stop reading this novel!!

Isabelle is kind of annoying with how she is having a crisis about spending time with Matteo because she just got out of a relationship but her ex is planning an entire family. Her guilt about sleeping with someone else is getting on my nerves . As for everything else I love the level of spice I’ve been reading . Matteo’s whole broody, unpredictable, sweetheart vibe is everything . I’m still reading so I’d like to see how their relationship develops more .
