Amazing story line. I’m glad it’s not all about romance but actual road to recovery and happiness. We know life can be hard sometimes so seeing how much effort and dedication it takes to actually not only forgive but also learn to accept and move past the pain and suffering we might have experienced in the past so it doesn’t define us but actually be a stepping stone to our future. Just beautiful work and characters too.

This novel is good. I like that both Hayden and Eden are honest with each other and communicate well. Even though they have their issues, they have each other back. Eden is already in love with Hayden even if she doesn't want to admit it. It was mean and cruel what Hayden did to her, but he is trying to make up for it. It is terrible that he was abused. I wondered how his parents or grandma didn't realize that was happening. I am looking forward to see what happens in the end.

If you are looking for a tortured love story with two flawed, suffering people… then this book is for you. This is not a neat and sweet boy meets girl story with simple conflicts and characters. This story has complex and imperfect characters who make mistakes that hurt other people, including themselves. But underneath it all, empathy and concern develops for our two main characters and you begin to root for them to make decisions that will bring them healing and happiness.

It is intens. There is a lot of action both plot and also intimasy. Hot. Sometimes it gets too much, you kniw, someone can't be that unlucky, but it kind of fits together in this story. The writer is very good at the s*x details. It gets hot. Hope to have more of it, through the book. It is a bit long, and some stories are dragged out, but it is writen in a good way, so I am intetanende. Sorry for the spelling.

Honestly one of the best things I've read on one of these apps. Complex, likable characters; believable relationship dynamics and evolutions; realistic motivations for plot-necessary actions that don't feel contrived — even "bad" choices make sense for the people making them within the context of the story. The plot is genuinely compelling and doesn't just feel like a cheap excuse for questionable smut, with few immediately obvious inconsistencies or holes. The writing style is very natural and easy to read without feeling dumbed-down or lazy, and feels like an actual person wrote it instead of AI (which I suppose shouldn't really be considered praise, but considering the slop I've read lately this feels like winning the lottery). The story does get increasingly dark, particularly past the 2/3rds mark as of writing, but considering the subject matter at hand (physical and sexual assault, child abuse, grooming, mental illness, self-harm, etc) I felt it was handled as well as it could be without sugar-coating the severity of it. Pay attention to the trigger warnings that show up before particularly dark chapters though, they really aren't kidding. I adore Eden and Hayden's relationship and characterizations as individuals, and Ava (Eden's BFF) is fantastic even though she doesn't show up much. Super excited to see where it goes and will definitely reread many times both before and after it's finished.

Spade has been in love with the wife for a long time and he has been watching her and monitoring people around her to protect her. Lex is protective of spade, having been his mentor and will ensure no harm comes to spade. Lex is willing to help sean Spade’s father to protect spade and give him a chance to be a better person. Spade will have to come up with a better reason for why he has Camera in the wife’s room on their wedding night.

Wow! This heart wrenching story is full of plot twists. Just when you think they have everything together, here comes another whammy. Love truly conquering the world with so much more than the people who are caught in this madness. I enjoy a good follow up chapter to let me know what happened to the main characters. It’s so sad to know that this storyline actually exists in our world today. Keep fighting the monsters and keep fighting for YOU!

Loved this book a lot. Parts of it were hard the read. The abuse and torture made my own anxiety rise. Nobody should have had to go through as much as Hayden did and still survive. So many people wanted him to break. He was close several times but Eden stood by him and wouldn't let him. Dr. Ellis also made sure Hayden had the support he needed. Together, Hayden and Eden survived so much. Hayden suffered physically and emotionally. Eden's survival was all emotional. They grew strength from each other and came out better at the end.

I am completely hooked. I think this novel is witty and funny. The way it is written draws you in impeccably. I absolutely l Iove the back and forth of their love and hate dynamic. I am intrigued to try and figure out who really is the bad guy. There are so many choices, all of them are great possibilities. I can't wait to see who it will be. I am also excited to see Hayden win Eden over.
