I like how the author made the main character relatable especially in the beginning. Because I feel like usually in these types of stories the female lead is way too quick to fill in the role expected of her. Either that of her pack and those around her practically force them to get married to the their fated mate and have him run the pack while she’s basically stripped of her authority and autonomy because how wolf culture usually works. But the way the author made the female character come to terms to what she is and not handing her entire pack to the male lead and him teaching her how to be a proper leader in their world and culture is extremely refreshing. I love how the male lead wasn’t a toxic or cold lover that controls and belittles the female lead like u hi ow this troupe usually goes and how the female lead remains a strong woman towards the end. However I will say that this series feels like it was left on a bit if a cliff hanger and I don’t know if it was miss input or not but around 4 chapters are missing in this series so if you feel like the story skipped a topic that was resolution to a problem or the start of it, or we missed out on a character or 2 chances are they are in the missing chapters. Other than that it was a good read that I would recommend to others wanting to try something new.
