Twisted Desires; His Darkest Obsession Reviews

I liked how Lena grew as a character and developed as the story went on. It felt like a natural progression for her character while Damien was sort of stagnant without her. I think the plot developed nicely, and that the questions that I had before were answered. At times I felt like forgiveness was given too quickly, but it was balanced by the actions taken. I do like how the communication problems were kind of in the limelight since a lot of problems could’ve been solved if they had just talked to each other.

This book has had me on the edge of my seat. I wanted to literally strangle Lena's parents. No child should feel unwanted or unloved. Children are a precious gift and should be treated as such. To be thrust into a position where you are used as a bargaining chip is the lowest of the low. I really hope that things start to get better for Lena as I've just begun to read this story. I have my reservations about this story and I hope that as I continue to read this book that it gets better.
