It is very interesting. Still wondering what is going on for why she is not pregnant. Why do they go in heat or rut before they meet their mate. Doesn't make sense but love story otherwise. I would think during and after that they would be fertile after that. Unless someone is wrong with one of them. Or if she got sick too. It's hard to say what would happen when you feel what you're mate feels. That is weird but cool lol

Excellent book. Couldn't stop reading it. Definitely worth the wait for the points to be able to finish the book. The author definitely put her heart into this book. I will definitely be reading more from this author as she writes more books. She did leave it open for a 3rd book to continue the series if she wanted to. Creativity was throughout the chapters and each chapter was a cliff hanger to want to continue reading on. Could have used a little more details on a few of the scenes in the book but did do a lot of details in other parts of it

Need to work on spelling or grammar, but is over all a really good read. I did notice a lot of he where it was supposed to be she and vice versa. There were some missing words in a few places too. The plot was great though and hoping you write a third one maybe as well. Thank you for all your hard work going into these books. They're really good and never give up on your dream.

This second book in the Califf and Shadow story was quite good. Not well proof read or edited and a lot of grammatical errors but it flowed alright, sometimes with a stutter here or there as I unravelled the written words. I felt that there was more often emphasis put into the intimate scenes than was put into the solving of the issues and crimes affecting the main characters and their supporters. So much to unwrap and of course waiting for Book Three.

Good story. The sex scenes in this second book are more mature and less annoying, though there still is too many. Would like to follow shadow and califf during the parenting experience, especially because of the twisted mating bond. Seems there is material for a third sequel in just that little part. As they lack good memories about parenting it will be interesting to see them manage kids from infancy to teenagers to small adults. Can they protect them against the dangers outside, still giving them freedom to make their own conclusions?

I really like these novels and hope that more are written. Great characters and interactions between them. More attention to editing would be great as the multiple typos are sometimes confusing. I really don't like that the reviews have to be 180 words long. This novel is well written with only a few mistakes. It's very noticeable that the author has a specific plot in mind, it does start off a little slow but if you get past the first chapter you'll be glad to stuck with it. I can't wait to read more and am anticipating how this story might end. I love the twists and turns of the story and the unexpected characters that show up. It truly is worth reading. ❤️ This is a great book please read it it won't disappoint!!!!

So far, I think the story is pretty good. I like the pacing of this story, more than the first one. I felt like the first one was dragging on there arguments and issues. but now they’re communicating way better which I like. Also, I like that the father is being nicer to them. She finally has a family, not just her and her foster dad. hopefully they can be happy and finally stop fighting against people. And maybe have a baby.

Overall its good .I had a feeling it was his brother that was killing people right away . But I thought that he was just doing it to despise them like being sbeaky. Now I'm in anticipation about who it the person that was injecting him with the Lycan blood. I still don't trust the sheriff dor some reason I just have a weird feeling about him. But at first I was feeling some type of way like the second book isn't as good as the first so I'm happy its getting better.

Awesome read. Lots of twists,turns and lust. Gotta love the sex passages, makes me want a werewolf! There should definitely be a sequel to this novel. Zarah is an awesome character and I like the mix of species. I would like to hear more about the lycanthropes. Loved the human training and the subsequent recovery of powers. And the search for acino and the finding of the compound. Especially loved cliff in the cage saved by August. Also liked the wolf human interactions!
