I thoroughly enjoyed reading ' The Human ' , this novel has a different take on werewolves and also manages to deal with loss and guilt without being too sentimental or dramatic. The protagonists , Victoria and Luka , are strong minded and determined despite the circumstances in which they first meet . She instinctively wants to save him and he eventually gives in to the attraction that instantly sparks up between them . They are surrounded by a bunch of equally charming characters , who all have equally interesting and entertaining stories and subplots . I'm delighted to find that there are two other books in this series and look forward to reading them as soon as possible .

This by far was one of my favorite books. The author kept you engaged and cleared up things and left not one situation untouched. The fact that this book had me laughing, crying and hell even shouting was insane. I'm glad they all seemed to help each other in one way or another. And for the record everyone needs a Victoria in their life. She is so strong, bold, SMART, observant, sassy, caring, goofy and so much more. Simply enjoyed!!!

Love, Love,Love it. The characters were so easy to identify with, and you became totally immersed in the storyline. I know that every story has to have its villain and it was no surprise to discover a wayward son/brother was the one to look out for. What was sad was the knowledge that a former matriarch and Luna of the pack Stella would protect him forsaking the rest of her family. A mothers live runs deep. I love a happy ending and this one was just perfect and certainly didn’t disappoint. Brilliant novel, I look forward to reading more of your work, well done. !!

Author lacks basic grammar skills like "me" vs "I". I liked Luka and think he deserves a much better mate. I didn't like Victoria at all (and that us putting it mildly). She is an entitled and selfish human being that acts up like a teenager. Luka doesn't want to tell her about Ella yet (they've only met a few weeks ago), but she doesn't respect that ("she us too curious"); and when Caleb and Lincoln insist she stays behind and ensure her they will take care of the problem, she insists on risking her life to meet an unstable wolf (fully well knowing that if she dies, so will Luka). Why listen to the advice and requests from your beta and gamma, when you are the all-knowing Luna? Aaarch.

I loved this book! From their first meeting to the end of the story, I was hooked on every word. Each character was fully described from their looks, to their temperaments, to their quirks. It made me feel like I knew every one of them personally. I could feel my own heart rate increase with each moment of the pack's adventures -- good and bad. I can't wait to start the next adventure with this wonderful pack!

Really loved the story line and how it was done through pov, it was a lively book to read and it really held my heart. I really enjoyed that Victoria had a great ending and that she was able to meet her mom and sister. The whole book was really good and I enjoyed it til the end even the bonus chapters. I’m glad you saved Caleb I hated that he was going to die. They all had a happy ending, but I was wondering if the mom and dad ever came came back

Ik vond dit een geweldig boek. Er zaten veel wendingen in wat er voor zorgde dat ik het boek spannend bleef vinden, en steeds verbaasd was over de verhaallijn. Ik vond het geweldig dat hij na een moeilijke tijd toch iemand vind, en dat ze ondanks dat het niet de bedoeling is ze elkaar toch vinden en niet zonder elkaar kunnen. Het stukje van de epiloog had voor mij niet gehoeven. Maar deed niks af aan het einde van het verhaal.

The Human was a phenomenally written book with the most interesting characters! I was so entranced in reading the book, I binged almost the whole thing in one weekend! It was great on its own, but I am so looking forward to starting the next chapter in Zoey’s life in the next book Her Alpha, His Treasure (I think that was the title, apologies if not!) I hope we still see bits of Victoria and Luka in this one as week! Well done!!

Absolutely loved this booked. The characters were well examined including the story line. Just when one thinks it will be predictable your twists threw a spanner in the works especially when Victoria found out she was mated to a wolf. I also liked finding out that her sister Zoey was a wolf too. Zoeys letter from her father added a nice touch to the story as well. The loved shared among each character really pulled me into it the hook, thank you for a great read.

Really loved the book and the plot. Loved Vic's personality and how mature she was about the whole Ella story. Really loved the cute and heartwarming moments between Luka and Vic and the friendship with the rest of the grup. I particularly loved the chapter of Caleb's "death" because you can clearly see how much they care for each other as family, also the part where Luka says how much he loves her while he is holding her in his arms and she says ir back, you can truly feel how mucj they love each other. It's a well written book, with barely there orthography errors, but nothing significant. Congratulations for the very good book 🩷
