Below is the Asteri blood line. This blood line only shows the ones who have had daughters, some of the Asteri women had sons as well as daughters, but because the power is passed on directly from the mother, they and their descendants are not included. This is included in the story because it is important to see where the Asteri women started. Please take a moment to look over the information below. It is also helpful to use a reference to see what abilities each Priestess had or currently has. I've also not noted the specific individual abilities for the Celestials as it is a lot. Each Celestial has more than one ability and the Priestess who comes from a direct Celestial can have more than one subtype of the ability, but not always. Although not all of the Priestesses are mentioned or talked about in the story, it still adds some background to it. If you wish to skip over this section, it will not hinder your reading experience. I did take the time to write it all out though, so it would be nice if you at least glanced at it. (Just a joke; this forward is also because eight hundred words are required to publish a chapter).

The journey of Astrea as she navigates through her role as Alpha is going to be worth the read and I hope that by the time you get to the end, you will be satisfied with her story. You may laugh and you may cry, but I hope that you will find it to be a good ending to Adelynne and Belen's storyline. I hope that knowing that this is the end, you will continue to read it anyway. Life around the pack house has been hectic since the girls and I took over a few months ago. Daddy has been showing me how to be an efficient Alpha. He was very adamant about telling me that organization is key in keeping a well-run office. Making sure that everything has its place. I just had to roll my eyes at him. We all know Mama is the one who told him that. Daddy is a lost cause when it comes to stuff like that. Without Mama and her need for everything to be well-run, this whole pack would have fallen apart.

I sat at my desk as I leafed through the stack of papers that Roger had left me. His last duty as Beta was getting Luciana situated in her office, which is now across the hall from mine. Ophelia decided to take Mama's old office. With her being our pack's healer in training, it was best that she had the office closest to Mama’s, which just so happened to be right next door.

I had just finished putting the stack of papers away when there was a knock on the door.
