The Alpha King's Hated Mate Reviews
Char
When I first started reading this book, I wasn't sure if I would continue. The Alpha was an cruel, uncaring, heartless asshole. But, I continued and glad I did. Raven was a very strong-willed she-wolf that never took flack from anybody, especially the Alpha. The drama around Ariana did seem to drag out too long, but I do like how her life ended. With all the turmoil and evil people (Ariana, Uncle Marcus, Loki, Domenico) Raven was a force to be reckoned with. She held he own against Adriana. She never shied away from keeping her mouth shut to Xander. I loved Dario. What a sweet wolf. Dante, Xander's cousin, was a great friend to Raven. She needed one. I wasn't to sure about adding a vampire to the story. Luckily, hexwas short lived. It would have been nice to have at least one more chapter that talked about Uncle Marcus in the dungeon and if he ever showed any remorse or apologized. Was Raven able to get revenge for her parent's death? I admit I couldn't put the book down until I finished it. Looking forward to the next book.

I love this story... The way he fights the bond and the way she deals with the rejection. Verry curious why she has to hide her powerful wolf and what really happened to her parents. The way she was treated in the beginning was hard to read and they were very cruel to her.. I hope she gets her playback. I am now half way through the book. I am enjoying it so far. I really like this story...

Really enjoyed this book. The female lead was fun, spicy, outgoing and really stood her ground against the male lead. UsuLly I don't like mouthy female characters like her, but she made sense given her history and the way she was raised and what happened to her family. I was also happy that the book took the appropriate amount of time to reveal secrets. I also liked the way the male lead was able to make up for his mistakws.

I liked the story. But it would be better to follow if on top of the charter it says Who point of view it is. Now it was hard to know sometimes. I did not like the much space of white between the lines because it felt like scamming me into paying more because it felt like more whitelines then words. Also sometimes I just read a chapter and the next chapter was the same one. That's not really fair.

This is my first time reading a love story where there is active hate between the two characters - particularly on the point of Maddox against his fated mate Raven. I’m used to tension and the pair fighting against their feelings for one reason or another, but the hated and cruelty is different and somewhat hard to take. It is balanced perhaps by the love and devotion that Maddox’s wolf shows to Raven which is sweet and heartwarming. Hopefully Maddox makes it up to her.

I did really like the beginning of the novel, started really well and the plot beautifully fresh. But as I continued reading it started to picking up on author repeating herself and making the story longer than it needed to be which contributed to me feeling a little bit bored and reading the same statements over and over again. I am hoping for author's next book to be shorter trimmed of unnecessary repeats. Otherwise nice reading. Many thanks ❤️

Very spicy, chapter by chapter, wanting Raven and Xander to get their happy endings, plus overall story ending. Loved the progression of the characters' arcs, the strength of Raven, and the nods to hidden plot twists. Also enjoyed breaking the fourth wall with the author's comments at the end of some chapters. Why am I so satisfied when the baddies get their just deserts too. A great read, and easy to write a review expressing how much i enjoyed this story.

Down loaded the app by accident . So glad that I did. Have been reading the book for a couple of days watching the videos to unlock the chapters . Good book with a good story line . Well written and keeps you wanting more . Can’t wait to unlock the chapters and get to the next part of the story. About 20 chapters in and will definitely look for more books by this author . The story is exciting and leaves you wanting more

This book was sooo good I could not put it down for very long. I finished it in less than a week! I liked the author’s POV and questions/hints at the end of the chapters. Made the read even more enjoyable. I plan to reread it to catch anything I may have missed on the 1st go around. There was one chapter (Chapter 66 I believe…) that repeated (Chapter 67?) and needs to be updated so we can get all of the story. Very well written, witty, funny, dramatic, heart wrenching and nail biting … and steamy…! Can’t wait for the sequel … Dante’s story.

Don't know why he blames her for something her mother did...but I'm not even sure her mother did the crime they accused her of I think it was the witch that came to her when she was tied up all day. He needs to let go of the past to have a future that he was supposed to have. But his actions towards his mate is unbearable and wrong I don't k own how she is so forgiving. She should walk away.
