Tempting Darkness - Series Reviews

I Absolutely loved these books!! I wished Aleera had better parents, I wish all of them had better parents. I'm glad Kalen was able to come out of the dark and more into the light with Aleera. I'm glad that Darius. Be came a better man once he realize that Aleera was just running because of what she knew she thought her parents were good and her mates was bad but in the end she found all the truth! I'm glad she could see the good in all her mates.

Boy this one is a doozy. I don't think I've ever been so pissed off by fiction. Look the story itself is okay. My problem is with the exaggerated dramatics of it all. For the first 20 chapters all I could think was how it's basically a giant lack of communication and some childish antics wielded by men way too powerful. Kalen is literally the most sensible of the bunch and he's fucking suicidal. Like, I get it and once I made it past the 25th chapter or so, it started to level out and I could see some potential. But man if I wasn't sick with impatience until then...

I love the creativity and inventiveness of Jessica Hall's novels. Her stories always have unique plot twists and unuaual characters. She has a way of writing that draws the reader in. I find, once I begin reading, I am compelled to continue reading until the very end, unable to put the story down. Even when I dislike some of her lead characters at the beginning, her skillful character development, allows me allows me to find compassion and understanding for them. By the end of the book, I am rooting for them to win!

This is a pretty great book. It is a little slow. I wish that they would stop with all of the abuse. 40 chapters in with no movement is a bit much. I love this author and the book she’s written before, but this one seems to move much slower. I hope it starts moving quicker and maybe a different plot starts other than the main characters of using each other. Definitely a lesson in communication. Look forward to the rest of a book.

Loved this book. The character development and the storyline were fantastic. When I first started it I was very anti Darius and TobiasBut once you get more of their backstory and all the things that they suffered because of their parents and their need to destroy everything so that they could rule the world. This book shows that revenge doesn’t pay off. You are only crating a whole slew of new problems that you may or may it be able to clean tell like the plague

I loved all 3 of these books 📚. There was just the right amount of action. The plots of each one kept me gripped. I was sad when it finished.** ** 🩷. 🩷 🩷🩷 💞 x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x xx x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

So far this is an amazing read at first it’s slow but I’m starting to gain more interest in it and I absolutely love it!!! To the author please keep writing and making your light shine I Absolutely love 💕 reading this book so far and the name choices for your characters are amazing I love aleera I’m awful at spelling but you know what I mean to the readers keep going you’ll find this to be a very interesting read

So good this series kept me reading through the whole entire series it’s got so many good points in it for a book and such good character development I love the characters and how they grow through the series I kept buying coins to keep reading and I finally finished it all if their is more please let me know I fell in love with this series on here just sucks I had to keep buying coins but it’s okay not much I can do there
