This book has me really hooked! She was looking only at the evil within at first but then she realized he is also human. She pushes everything she has got to help him. Even though he pushes back full force, she begins to break him down leaving him at a loss for words sometimes. I am really wondering how this book is going to end. I cannot put it down for very long. I’m only about half way through!

I really like this novel a lot so far. I love Athena's character a lot and also the character development of Sebastian so far!! I hated him a lot in start but I am starting to love him now. I like the writing style and plot development of story so far. I am excited to see how the story unfolds in further chapters!! Writer really did good work so far. I am so here for the romantic scenes!! Love it

This book is hard to put down. It’s is very graphic and has some hard scenes to stomach but there is a reason. I really can’t stop reading this!!! I am hooked. I want to know will Sebastian change for his mate or will he continue to stay dark and torture her. Will Athena be able to help him see that love can change so much to will she just be a punching bag. I really want them to be end game but I am not sure with this story. This author is doing a great job at keeping me wanting to read more!

It is really a good novel with many lessons to learn from 🖤It's all about love and how much life can throw at a person. Certainly I learned that even feelings can be overwhelming...The novel is art in it's own way shaping passion and fear for us as readers.It contains a lot and it gives the sense that nobody is perfect.Everyone has imperfections and flaws and a story behind their scars and emotions. That's what I got from the novel

This novel is definitely dark and brooding, but has a distinctive redemptive arc. I like that the author includes a personal transformation for both Athena and Sebastian. There are still a little over a hundred chapters to go ( I think) so I’m curious to see what events make up the rest of the novel. I’m more nervous that the story stalls or starts going in an AI do-loop. I’ll also add that the editing of the novel needs some major attention. Some sentences are confusing or unintelligible. Other than that, it’s a really great story line.

Great story line, kept me interested the whole time. Lots of suspense, action, and emotion. Athena is the type of person I think most strive to be. The beginning was so harsh, it was almost too hard to keep reading. Following along and learning the background, strength of returning to good and overcoming traumas was worth it. Long and slow in some places, but it all tied together beautifully chapter by chapter. Definitely worth the read. I’d like to read more on these characters

Great book! I loved Athena’s naive nature. Even though it caused her trouble at times it was refreshing. The way she tried to love Sebastian out of the curse was so good. It was good to see Sebastian beat the curse, get into Therapy and became a better person. Poor Celine i felt sorry for her at! Cora! Love her!! Happy to see the “little family” growing to include Vincent, Shelly, Cora and of course, Tristan…good riddance to Julia and Aaron’s evil, obsessed and deceptive selves

I don't like Vincent or his mother. Sebastian tried to make up for what his father did and Vincent still wasn't happy. Which is what lead to his mate dying. Stupid hatred led to a died mate. I hope for a happy ending. She deserves happiness. Instead of hate and pain.
