I just love this plot and this novel, but why is she still hung up on that king? He respects her, hits her abuses her make her make a fun. I guess Alpha dose more approving for her. He is gentle, cheerful, understanding, respectful, and everything a guy needs to be for a girl. at first, his first made cheated on her made her life miserable. She was a very miserable person because she was in Omega, but she should have at least self-respect for her so that she can defend herself whenever the time comes, and what is the suspense about her birthday upcoming birthday of when she will turn 20 and have her own gift. I’m very curious about that.

Ok, so the reason I did not give a perfect score is because of the numerous grammar mistakes. Also the fact that the author continously calls Zone Arden's brother instead of cousin bugs the crap out of me. I would have even given a lower score if I didn't love this book so much. It is different from other werewolf novels, so good job. I will continue to read because I truly love this book. I'm so impatient for Arden to finally mark Serena. She is an angel 😇

I feel very sad for her,she went through so much and still standing. She is such a wonderful person and a beautiful woman too. Her mate ,for him I wish he will come to his senses soon.I love Zone always protect her and help her even when he knows she has a mate he still loves her. Even if her mare has feelings for her and is ashamed of her her protect her better. I hope he soon release that they are meant to be and not be scared of his status.

How can a mate treat someone so badly when their very survival depends on that person? There is too much suffering of Serena. A man cause her to be bullied just because he wants her but hates wanting her. He thinks she is beneath him. That he is better. Yet without he will die. It's painful how he treats his mate. She is punished, beaten, poisoned, imprisoned and bullied all because of him. His unwillingness to accept a mate that is beneath him. His cruelty yet he doesn't want others to help her.

A little bit slow, I think. This omega is apparently supposed to be somebody, someday. However, as an orphan, an Omega, and a wolf who cannot shift, her life is very, very difficult. She has a mate, who hated her because she is an omega. So he brings in prostitutes and forces her to watch as he has sex with other women. And punishes her if she closes her eyes during it. Of course there is a jealous woman who decides to set her up with a naked man in her bed, so the abuser calls her a slut and gives her to the alpha king, who was a witness to the supposed adultery. Unfortunately, they are mates. But he won’t accept her for anything but sex because she is an omega and a slut. So this story does not follow the usual strong mate bond lore. It does have the normal abuse and bullying of the omega and the weak and wishy-washy dumbass king who blames everyone else as incompetent, while he himself is ignorant about security and protection of bullied pack members. This is why I am not rating this story higher: it is an endless loop of bullying, attraction, rejection, being caught by the king when another male is interested, and repeat. Sorry, Author. This story is just a sad tale that brings me down. If she’s going to be somebody, it needs to be a little faster and without all the pain and sorrow.
