I rejected the alpha for being a bully Reviews
Mechelle Hobson - Flunder
One-sided love stories can be so captivating, even heartbreaking. The tension builds with every missed connection and unspoken word. It's like watching a slow-motion train wreck, you can't look away. The push and pull dynamic keeps you hooked, hoping for a change. Sometimes a happy ending just isn't in the cards, though. But I am optimistic that the love they are truly feeling for one another will extend to all the trials and hardships they have endured.

I am going to be honest, the level of typos and grammatical errors is extremely distracting. However, I absolutely love the story of Rachel making her bully Gabriel actually change instead of just immediately giving in to the mate bond and letting him get away with all of his crap. There is really good character growth and development, and really good relationship growth. So if you can handle the messy prose and syntax, This book is definitely worth a read.

This is a good book however, all the grammatical errors make it hard to really understand and get into the book. Rachel is a very strong individual and love her character. I would’ve liked it more if Debbie just let well enough alone and just had loved on. Ethan is a total badass and I can’t wait to see who his mate is and how well they will get along. I’m glad Ethan has come around but he does need to be stronger than how he is.

If you look past the grammar mistakes, sometimes using the wrong name or mixing characters up. If you look past that, the storyline of Rachel and Gabriel is quite enjoyable. When you get to the end of their story it feels like a different author has taken over. It's nice to see more of Helen, Max, Accalia and Ethan, but the skyline is plain boring. Not enough depth when the storyline asks for it. It's shallow and mostly storytelling without the character interaction that was in the first part of the book. First part of the book I would recommend it you can look past all the mistakes made. The second and third part of the book.. Not.

Enjoying the book so far. I like the character development. Storyline is good, but it is desperately in need of editing. Not sure if it is still possible for the author to go back and fix a story once it has already been published on here. There are mistakes in grammar and word choices that can make it difficult to read. I have to read some sentences a few times before I can understand what the author intended to say.

So far, this is a very, very entertaining story. There is a lot of humor. As per usual, there is a crazy female spanking who wants the alpha for herself. The story plot is smooth and eventful. The biggest challenge is that it seems like the story was dictated and the author maybe has an accent that the computer could not fully understand. The story is littered with wrong word that sound similar the intended word but mean nothing close to what was meant.
