Four Mates and A Rogue Reviews
Plant Lady
The story started out strong but fell into repetitive patterns. So many pages with one word sentences to take up space got very boring quickly. I like a strong heroine and there was until after the climax of the battles fought and then everything peaceful. Thats when the writing just goes down hill. Grammar issues riddle every page. Pronouns not worded correctly hard to follow who is being discussed. Several time shifts where suddenly you go back and are reading events again but with little changes Someone in labor the next chapter they are still pregnant as example… I would pass on wasting you time or money on this one.

Great easy to read story. Chapters are a little short though. Gd plot and gd characters . Would like to know more about her though and where she comes from and why rogue’s can’t be mated to pack wolves. It’s only my second book on this app and think it’s quite cheap to buy the chapters compared to other sites that offer the same thing… timeline in this story is a little all o er the place in parts.

I really enjoyed this novel(except for the mix up of the men’s names in the last few chapters).I love the way Raven described everything the men did when telling her story. The story started out great, her being a rouge,on the run from the dreaded council, then meeting the Alphas and then realising that she had no one but four mates. The battle reads were so realistic and the way that even their looks on the alphas faces was well described.By far one of the best novels I have read.

A good read, an awful lot of repetition though, which does nothing to advance the story, in fact it's a bit irritating as you feel like the author is using 'filler' chapters just to extend the book. We meet Raven, a rogue, who has spent her life on the run after her parents are murdered, she stumbles into the pack lands, while running from a rogue party working for the council. There she meets her mates, and slowly they start to win her trust, especially after she is kidnapped by the council, and then rescued by her mates.

It starts out super well, grabbed my attention, and yet Would like to see move POVs. I would’ve also really enjoyed seeing more resistance from her and more hidden truths about her past. Such as why did the uncle want to kill her, & what is so important about her? I am left with more wants and questions but over all, I really enjoy it. I go to bed thinking about it and wake up excited to read more. I have noticed I’m more saddened to stop reading, due to the lack of answers.

I loved this novel from start to finish. It did not move too quickly, nor did it drag on. It made me laugh and it made me cry. The only part I really did not like was when the baby was born, that they did not use his name or his sex to discuss him. I found that part of it a bit too impersonal. The characters were well written and developed. I laughed at loud at the antics that they portrayed after the baby, Rowan, was born. I would highly recommend this novel to everyone!

This was a very good novel. It was an attention getter. It keeps you fixated on the story. The section after Raven gave birth i think could have been left out! To me it seemed like it drug on and on. Over all though it was a well put together novel. The author is very talented. I was really surprised by how it ended. The final few chapters need to be revised or omitted. I can understand wanting to tell about the baby but this was a little much.
