I'm still wondering if they are both fighting the bond because of her father's sins. Who will open up first. It feels like it will just take an ounce of honesty on either part. I'm just not sure so I keep reading. I get revenge sex I've been there but it's hollow. I'm wanting more. I'm hanging in hopefully they will find it. I'm hoping they don't continue in this vain and find they have destroyed what they both want.

The story it self was loving & beautiful. I liked the book for the most part. At first too many sex scenes & not enough story but it got better. My only complaint is that it needs to be proofread. I was a good read & definitely had some very steamy chapters lol. At 63 & been (mateless) for almost 7 years sure did have me missing a few things for a minute lol. Mercy 😂 I really do enjoy these little get aways. The one fall back is that I have a tendency to lose track of time. I work & have to get up at 6:00am & when I don’t get to bed until 1:30-2:00 it makes it really difficult to get up.

Bond should have love and joy and compassion for each other.Lucy needs some help from a friend who cares about her and what she’s going through. Family is important and talking is too. Always damanding is not always the best way to go. Asking for help from others should be the right way to go but some don’t want it if they can’t anything out of it. Wrong, it is because like helping when help is needed

I enjoyed this story- eventually. I found the beginning chapters quite hard to stomach and really felt for the main female character. I think she forgave her alpha mate’s cruelty rather too quickly. And forgiving the grandfather who was extremely nasty to her at the start. Luckily she won them all over in the end and battled through the usual array of jealous females (young and old). It’s generally well written with few errors (spelling and grammar) unlike many of the books on this platform. I hope more readers get to enjoy it.
