The story is good but the editing is not great. There are typos that for a moderate reader could become confusing. The flow is nice the story moves along at a good pace and the characters are interesting. I wish there was a bit more backstory on some of the relationships but there is enough here to keep the story flowing. I will not give away plot or twist but it’s nice to not have all of the information up front. My only other complaint is moving from present to past was a bit clunky but the story itself compelling.

The book was good. I really enjoyed it, and I spent a day+ reading it.. the characters did seem realistic, they weren't perfect and they realized that and made changes, the fact that whenever they made mistake, even if it took time, they still learnt from it and became a better version of themselves, is what i love most, tho I would've like to read more about Rosa and Ryan, Xavier and Emily, Rayla and liam and Leah and her mate, which Is Audrey's cousin , lol ,I forgot his name, I think it was vender or Zender, I can't really remember. I was also sad about Isla's death, I really wish she didn't die, I was hoping there would've been a change and she would survive, also uncle Justin's death was painful, I wish he didn't have to die, he was a fun man too. Anyways the story was good.

I wish Logan's character wasn't so sensitive in the beginning, seeming as he's so weak and has not backbone or inner strength. Although there's now a shift within him, and yet to reveal his true persona, you feel sad for him that he has to go through so much emotional hurt and pain to breakthrough to his true self. I know he's going to kick butt, especially Sebastian's and the other slimely traitors. Glad he has Liam and Ryan on his side. Although it is good to see an initially strong she-wolf or female character, I just wish she wasn't so brassy, egotistical, and completely self centered. Yet now as Logan grows into a powerful crown prince, she in true becomes the opposite of him. I'm really hoping Sebastian and his mother along with Aubrey's parents get their just rewards. I hope Logan and Aubrey will find their way back to each without too much emotional distress and damages. Can't wait to see what takes place around the next corner.

I absolutely freaking love love love me any kind of dark fantasy dark romances style of genre in writing because the troupes I eat up are never ending I love a morally grey or morally black character I love a forbidden love or found love a cat a mouse enemies to lovers slow burn and I absolutely love a redemption found power rise from the ashes arc it’s just so juicey and adds such a fun edge to the plot that makes for a great guilty pleasure read. So far I am loving this story and can’t wait to see where it goes from here

omgggggg this story so far soooo good im half way through the story and for the first time its the woman who betrays her male mate which is refreshing to read since alot of other werewolves stories the male is who betrays their woman mate. The storyline really grabs you and it’s my first reading of a male having different genes not only werewolf. I can’t wait to see how the story ends will true love win and give them a second chance

I really enjoyed this novel and was pleased with the bonus chapter which left me wanting more
