I absolutely love this book I’m about a third of the way in and I never want to put it down this is the first werewolf book I have ever read and enjoyed I used to not like these kind of books but now I’m hooked I adore the concept the writer chose to make this fantastical world and the book just flows so well and doesn’t stop being interesting I love that and I will definitely be finishing this book as soon as possible with all of its action and cliffhangers

So far i like the plot, the story is getting good. I love having both sides of the storie of the main caractere. Sometimes the writing gets a bit confussing . Im a little annoyed that They didnt ter revenge on the fays for what they did to her! I really hope they circle Back to that… that two idiots cant be let without punnish. Really dont understand how the fays thing They are better than Wolfs, they dont come close to them…

So far the story has been amazing. Eir/elisabeth an Toke are great characters. Author put some thought into her story and the details and storyline are great. Love how fiesty Eir is an how she uses her smarts and isn’t a someone who just takes what’s comes she fights. I personally just get tripped up but spelling an word choice in some of the chapters other wise she has an amazing story line and characters can’t wait to finish

Far too many spelling mistakes. I found it difficult to follow the story as I was trying to work out what the context and if a word was incorrectly spelled. Story did not flow fluently. How can a human be suddenly a Valkyrie when there was no mention of her family history.Far too many chapters. Lost interest at numerous times in the story. I would have liked for the storyline to have come to some conclusion. Wouldn’t recommend it

The Vikings Mate Hunt is such a fun twist on the usual werewolf fantasy. I loved the concept of a hidden dimension that mirrors Earth but runs on its own rules, especially with the Viking-inspired culture woven into everything. It easily could have gone over the top, but I really appreciated how the main character reacts in believable ways instead of instantly adapting to this wild new reality. Her hesitation, questions, and emotional responses made the story feel grounded even when the setting wasn’t. The old-school Viking lifestyle adds an interesting layer of tension. The werewolves aren’t trying to modernize or blend ideas — they fully expect the women brought into their realm to learn their traditions and way of life. That dynamic creates conflict, growth, and some strong character moments. If you enjoy fantasy romance with a cultural clash element and a bit of primal energy, this one is definitely worth checking out.

The characters are developed very well and there is a lot of great world building that really helps the reader understand the social dynamics as well as the geography. I love the FMC and her love interests relationship. I’m a little confused about the villan and why/how he’s taken over the MMC but hopefully that will be explained as I keep reading. The author did a fantastic job of setting up the plot early and having more surprises revealed throughout that all flow together extremely well. Overall a great story so far!

This story really took me by surprise. I was intrigued by the concept of Vikings and werewolves because I wasn't familiar with any werewolf stories in Norse mythology. Not saying that there aren't; I'm just not familiar with any. I chose the "three star" smiley because the story is not finished yet and where goes and how it ends will greatly affect my overall opinion of the book. So all that being said...the pace of the book is unsteady. Some places seem to race through whereas other places seem to drag through as if you are stuck in the lecture hall of a monotone professor expounding on Norse culture and mythology. Admittedly I started skimming some places because I thought, "Come on, get on with it already." I say all that only to say I'm still hooked 'till the ending.
