I am loving the book so far, I can’t wait to get a better understanding as to why Alex and Nick don’t want anything to do with their mother. I wonder if it’s lies from the family or if their mom actually did something. They were so young when she left. Also with the secrets the family has and things they been doing makes me wonder if their is a lie somewhere that has been hidden and is about to be exposed.

Oh where do I start 🙆🏽‍♀️ I feel so sorry and sad at the same time for elna what Pete did to her sure did break and it seems like it just gets worse because of the pains she went through makes her to make silly decisions How can she trust a stranger (Lucas) I mean we all know you can’t eat nor drink something from a stranger I’m just glad her husband came early I just wish she can be more careful in the future and hopefully her marriage will work out in the future so that she can get the break she deserves

Good story line. A lot of twists and turns. I love Nana. A sweet Grandma that rules with an iron fist when needed but also a loving Grandma and cares for her family. A giant force to be reckoned with. It would be nice if Alex would loosen up, stop being a stuffed shirt, and try being human. He would get a whole lot further. However you need a proofreader desperately. You repeat sentences as if you lost you place or train of thought. You use abbreviations where there shouldn’t be. You use the wrong tense of wording. It totally takes away from the story.

So far its quite intreging i like how the carecters interact with each other im just very curious what Pete has done and what was with his intention. Why did he have to do that to her? What did she do to him that he felt he had to betry her like that. Why isnt Alex Share Anything with her why is he keeping her in the dark. The story is quite intreging and has me at the tip of my seat but im not done with the story ill cant wait to see how it ends

How dare you leave it off at a cliffhanger!🫠 Totally invested for a sequel. I both love and hate the slow burn. I don’t know if it’s the app or the author but the bleeping of explicits and slightly graphic words is kind of annoying. Again don’t know if it’s the app or the author but there were some spelling and grammar errors. I’ve seen similar issues regarding both the bleeping and writing errors in this novel and others.

This was a fun read. I enjoyed the characters and the surprises. At times, there was a bit of whining, but nothing like the amount one usually finds in most of these romance novels. A couple of twists in the story made for interesting consequences and choices for the characters. This also helps the reader remember that while we look for happy endings, there’s always a chance we might not get the ending we expected. Thank you for keeping me interested all the way through. I am looking forward to another book by this author.
