The Bad Boy's First Love Reviews

Stormi Kelly
Great quick read! I loved the switching of point of views between two main characters. This is the first time I have read a book that switched like that. This one made me all sentimental and happy at the same time. So happy about the ending! Almost seemed like it was based off a true story. I would definitely recommend to my girlfriends. Super cute and contained real life tragedy that happens today. Great job to the author! Keep on writing, please.

I really really liked this book!!! The main female lead is wonderful and so empowering and the main male lead personality and character grows throughout the story, their bond and chemistry goes beyond the romantic relationship. I also loved the siblings relationship between the female lead and her two brothers. I have to say that I'm not a huge fan of how this book ends because it feels like is a little bit too rushed but still beautiful nonetheless. English is not my first language so I apologise in case there’s any mistakes.

To say I really enjoyed the book /story, the plot of the story is an under statement. I was interested from beginning to the every end, I cried and laughed at some parts but felt everything that Lydia and Lyric both have gone through to come together. How much love they showed for one another two opposites then help each other and stay to be together took courage and strength. Reading this book I wished sometimes I was in the story some hit home cause at first he bullied I was bullied in school all through made fun of, attacks and hitting sometimes outside of school by the some person. Wasn’t fun had some friends glad for that they helped me out! I admired Lydia’s courage opening up and telling her story and everything, makes you think about our life here in the real world how many who are like her and have been shot what their story is, who are they and their families handling what happened and doing what they can to be there and help! After everything in between they come together their love had come through I felt it in my heart all of it, cause who doesn’t want love, to be loved! We all want it and its hard not easy to find that someone, sometimes its on expected! I just hope we find it ourselves and have the happiness that comes with it for many of years. Your words, your writing make us think of everything in a new light, love that through out the book. I enjoy every minute and second could stop reading until the end I do this with most books I read, love reading. Thank you keep doing what you do, can’t wait for another book!

Every good story but definitely could have written more. I get at the end lyric comes home to Lydia but why was she not at graduation? Did Lydia finish school how was her recovery process? There was a lot more that could have been added to the story. I am kinda sad that it is over. I want to know what happens in the future do they stay to gather and get married or do they eventually split so many questions

I am so glad I read this novel. It’s one of the best so far. I loved how the characters of both Lydia & Lyric grew as the story unfolds, how their love blossomed and how they supported each other. It was well written especially when it comes to the involvement of their immediate family members, the role each members played and how it’s all connected to form a beautiful story. I am so happy for the wonderful ending!

I loved how this book turned out. lyric and Lydia truly were like normal people, human people who all have insecurities but overcame themselves. it all has what they went through all the ups and downs and only one person tried to make Lydia the bad person. I wish I knew what came of them. did they get married, have kids, grow old. I'm glad Lydia was able to finally show her emotions again. but I also wish her father wd of been in the hospital with her regardless of the election.

This was such a good book. I’ve read a few books on here, and this might be one of my favorites so far. I love how this showed that love and honesty can truly change a person for the better. This also showed how UNCONDITIONAL love looks and accepting someone’s flaws and actually embracing them to let them know that they are enough and don’t need to put on a front in order for people to love and respect them

I so wish this would have been longer!!! I needed more of their relationship after her incident and surgery. I loved the story line of the bully saving the bully even though she didn’t actually do the bullying. Lyric by far is the best representation of how people can be changed for the better. It just takes the right person to come into our lives. The relationship between Lyric and George was probably my favorite. He had a friend all along and he just didn’t know it

This book was great to read. I love the dynamic and how it all flowed together. How Lydia was able to “tame” the bad boy so to speak while Lyric also “broke” her simultaneously. Also with their families being friends but their kids not knowing but just that fact made each other respect the kids. Then lastly with Lyric being able to recognize what was going on with Derick from her own experience and help them all see things in a new perspective! This book is very relatable in some aspects!
