Shuu what a way to start this book, so far so good I wish to know exactly why the alpha hates Brinley, my guess though is that he had a thing for Brinleys mom but most probably She rejected him and just wanted to be with her Moon given mate and obviously the alpha wouldn't have taken that too kindly as an alpha who's known for being cruel and taking whatever he wants, however he wants it. I'm sure hes just angry he couldn't have her and now that she's gone she doesn't know what to do with all that hate except passing it on to the surviving kin which is Brinley. Also I'm sure she has alpha blood running in her vains and her father was probably someone stronger than Coals father hence the hatred towards her. Whatever it is I can't wait to finally see how this unfoulds . I hope they eventually find a way to actually get to the truth and the alpha be exposed for the cruelty he's passing on Brinley. He must pay for all this. As for Coal and Brinley really I don't see how this is going to work out but we'll I guess with the mate bond they will eventually find their selves together again. Then there's the loving younger brother,shame I feel bad for him,for what's being done to him I hope he gets through it and he also finds love and peace after all this passes. It must be hard to see things being to you without your concern and you don't even understand what is really happening, very sad. Not to I’m liking how it’s going I mean to treat someone like that, like less then garbage is crazy and all because she was the daughter of someone you killed of someone you couldn’t have that had nothing to do with the child and for her to get raped was even crazier I just think she had a hard life and didn’t really deserve any of it people should’ve asked questions as to why he hated her

Aside from a few grammatical errors and sentence structure flaws, the story has a good, solid, plot and wonderful character development. It has a logical flow with a rejection based on fear for the fated mate, the follow through of Coal struggling with his true feelings showing in his actions. The blending of supporting characters and development of secondary relationships was done seamlessly with flair. The introduction of fated mates across breeds adds a spicy note considering the level of animosity between Vampires and Werewolves. I cannot wait for more from this story.

Last post stopped at chapter 101, and I am really enjoying the story. All the characters feel unique, and the progression of the story has stayed interesting through the whole thing. I'd have liked to see the Alpha suffer more before dying, but I also understand a quick death was necessary for that element of world building that kept the pack so tightly bound to him. I hope we will get to find out how Alpha came to have children with other wolves long before Brinley was even conceived. I'm very curious as to when he met Brinleys mother, and whether the same she wolf gave birth to all of his sons, or if they have different mothers, and what happened to her/them. Did they know about the Alpha's mate? How far did the depths of his depravity truly go? I am so curious! I also can't wait to see the vampire kingdom, what Ryder decides about Aatos, and how the pack will react to Brinley. Will definitely continue reading❤️

The story is well written and has good character development. My only complaint is a lack of trigger warning before things like rape scenarios and abuse. There is mystery and some suspense. Romance and passion. I find myself liking the main characters and even worrying about some of the background characters. I have yet to finish the story but so far it is worth the three commercials per chapter. I find myself trying to solve the mysteries and actually having to think on it a bit. Often these stories are very formulaic but, this one has the possibility of surprising me.

Has potential. Could have used a trigger warning for some specific chapters, even a series trigger warning but interesting. Lots of loose ends and gaps to fill but one of the more interesting series. Hope they make the perpetrators pay dearly for their cruelty. At least you don't have to wait for the access to chapters as long as other apps and just watch ads. Hopefully this novel will answer all of the questions floating out there, especially the why.
