I really enjoyed the way Diego’s transformation was shown. The way the people that worked with/for him respected and trusted him. The way Candy was portrayed as a very stubborn and determined woman. Ultimately getting everything she wanted. I really liked the way the rest of the characters were complex not all one dimensional. Being surprised by the character hidden private battles they’re fighting while helping Diego and Candy. Another point I felt added to the story is the way that not all the characters were brought in at the beginning.

I love this novel!! Both Candy & Diego have their demons but are growing to love each other. Both are smart & savvy people who know how to survive. They respect each other and protect each other against their enemies. The story moves at a good pace. The characters are interesting and have layers to them. Both stepmothers are the definition of evil. They are greedy & hateful. Jameson is a true friend to Diego. Glad he put Candy at the altar instead of Vanessa. Loved when Diego told Hannah she disrespected him wanting her to marry a whore like Vanessa.

At the beginning I thought this was not going to be book id finish. He was too rough & mean. But as it's got on i absolutely loved it. And such a happy ending. There's loads of grammer and spelling mistakes, but you can figure it out easily enough. Candy is one bad ass to go through everything she does in this book and to still come out on top is unreal. Can't wait to read more from this author.

This novel has a good story line. Candy us an open book. I wonder us she would manage her father's company one day. Diego is a mistary. There us so much we still don't know about him. Who is hus real parents? Why was his life in danger when he was just a little boy?. How did her became do powerful?. Will he warm up to Candy?. Looking forward to reading about him. Also will this marriage work will they stay together or will one of them die?

This book was just really amazing the characters were fantastic just beyond words I really enjoy stories like these it was just wow..amazing and just plain awesome lml I have like no words I really loved the book like wonderful job 100% can’t wait to read more books just like this and I highly recommend to read this one because you will not be disappointed at all!!! I like it. Diego is cold heart with every right to be because of his past. Candy has always held back until she is done being walked over and starts showing her crazy side. Together they are a great couple. She’s not afraid of his dark side and he knows she can hold her on. It’s crazy how it all started and what they went through together but it’s also what built their solid foundation of trust and love. The past has to be burned to the ground and new beginnings rise from the ashes.

Very interesting very nice. It makes you want to keep reading and wanting more and more. The characters are very interesting there's always something new happening. I think I read the book three times already and I still love it I still find something new while reading it. I highly recommended. You can read it as much as you want and you would still find something new are you still find something that interests you something that you didn't find the last time you read it

Great story, very engaging and full of suspense. The characters were really believable they took you on the journey with them to the very end of the book. I found this book to be very entertaining. it was filled with it lots of action and strong emotions. It flowed together very well , at the end a when all the characters came together, it completed the story for me. This story showed you that even a tragedy can have a good ending. When the main character had a miscarriage and was told she could not have another child, it was written very moving. I felt like it was my friend given this devastated news. And at the end of the book to , with all the ups it’s and downs when she finally got pregnant, it was very believable and you felt her happiness.
