Really enjoying this novel overall! The love story between Caine and Isabel has developed into a sweet yet still possessive and spicy relationship. The banter between Isabel and pretty much everyone else brings some lightness to some pretty dark content. When Mikhail called Isabel “his first friend” my heart broke a little, thinking that he had gone his whole life without a single friend outside of his family. Kind of explains some things about him! I do like that Maya is letting go of her Caine obsession, but I still want everyone to find out what she did. I imagine it will come out when Mia continues to stir trouble! Looking forward to more chapters!

So far this is turning out to be a very interesting novel. I really do like how it is turning out. If it keeps progressing in the direction in the direction I think that it is going to go, Caine and Isabella are going to be together and that Maya chick can go screw herself. I really do not like her and I hope that Caine figures out what kind of games that she is trying to play.
