I really love this book. I love Max and Susan relationship and how he loves on her and let her know that she is beautiful. I hope Susan Mom grow some balls and stand up to her father. I hate the way her father made her grow up to feel like a monster because of her birthmark. I hope by the end of the story that she embraces her beauty Mark and shows everyone that she is beautiful and wonderfully made.

I loved it.the first moved i enjoyed In a very long time. Would have been nice if Ricci and Landon could make up, and Ricci and Sky could have been a couple. Ricci and Suzi would become great friends. I actually thought that Ricci would learn to respect Max since Suzi was the only woman that made him realise how a woman could love a man. And maybe Suzi's father could realise the mistake he made by insulting her so much h, that he gave her an inferiority comple

My second Novel on this platform.What an absolute masterpiece it was filled with Emotions and tenderness.I Loved how Suzi came into her own and I especially Loved the family she married into considering where she came from .It was a true beauty I would have loved a storyline conclusion on Ricci or whatever his name was. He was a total piece of Work and only seventeen at that!!!!!! All in all a good read . Great story line good Character Development!!!

Excellent! If you want a great serious, but slightly funny this is your next read!! I don't think I've read a cuter, but scary at times story. I laughed, even almost cried a few times. ( And that doesn't happen often!) I do wish there was spin offs from this tale. Perhaps others in the family. What happened to Ricco was something I wish they'd tackled. But no story is perfect. But this one's close! I do wish Max would have put her dad in his place so to speak. All in all one absolutely beautiful story!! Excellent job by the author!

I'm glad her marriage to Max was a happy marriage. She experienced love and grew into her self. Managed to stand up to her father. I feel like she neglected her mother and sister. They are rarely mentioned they didn't come to the reveal or when she was kidnapped. It's like they didn't exist after that. But overall Max was the best husband loving attentive present and very jolly. I wish they would have given her father a taste of the abuse he subjected them to.

I loved this book 😍 you never get a book where the female is scarred or "imperfect" and still be chosen and loved from the beginning... Usually she is treated so badly and unwanted from the beginning and then finally towards the end she's finally loved and picked over somebody else. I would love to see a part 2 with their daughter all grown up and ready to find her own way in life. I can't wait to see what other books this author has written

So far this book is AMAZING! I love that although she has had a sad start in life, it didn't include some of the usual things some of these books have. The building of the relationship between the main characters is very refreshing and I love how Max loves Suzi. He gives her strength where she needs it. I love his family for their complete acceptance of her as well. I can't wait to finish! There is 2 chapters after the wedding, that are in the wrong order.

An accidental encounter leads to love. She’s insecure and doesn’t know her worth or beauty. But then she starts to find it with her husband to be. The way he fell for her and saw her flaws as art was beautiful. Then even though his family is from a violent and dangerous occupation they are so loving and caring for one another. The way they protect her and give her more support and love than her own family especially her father has ever done is amazing. She’s no longer living a sheltered life. But living in the good and bad of the world. But she will find happiness in it with her husband. It’s a wonderful book.
